Chapter 153 - Chrono Chaos

Berta who saw the forbidden ability, instantly extended his hand forward. He certainly considers the opponent's attack, very strong.

“Although I don't know, which god you are. However, this is only a normal strength class!”

Many people looked towards the battle. They stared with horror. Clearly these people were terrified of the power their leader had.

However, they were also surprised by the actions taken by the enemy. They did not expect that Berta would fight against either of these monstrous forces.

“Is he crazy?” one of the Atlas members stared in disbelief.

“There is no way he can withstand such a terrible attack!” other Atlas members also did not believe what he saw now.

Berta certainly did not care about their respective responses. He gazed towards the wisp of water that slowly changed shape into a spear.

It is certainly Berta does not stay silent. He immediately put his two hands together. Then, a thick black fog shot out from behind his back.

The black fog immediately fused together and formed an arc that was so taper.

Berta looked towards the water trident in front, he knew the size of the force. So, he was not at all afraid of what it showed.

The storm continued to lash out making the quiet city hit by such strong winds. People who were asleep, immediately woke up when they heard such a loud noise.

No one dared to go out because they knew that there was a huge storm in the city.

“This storm is really so fierce. Is something going on?” one of the residents asked curiously.

“Honey, are we safe?” ask the wife of the man.

“Nothing will happen. Our house is already including strong storm resistance. So don't be afraid, maybe a few minutes later, the storm will stop.”

The man, who was the husband of the woman, calmed the whole family. So also in other places, one by one men protect their families.

On the other side...

Chrono's headquarters, where Ryuto had finished training and was sitting in front of the hut the driveway led to the headquarters.

This man looked towards the sky while drinking a glass of water. His eyes narrowed and his eyebrows instantly furrowed, he clearly felt astonished by the weather that was happening now.

“It looks like someone is fighting.” Ryuto said after drinking the water. He bent his knees and climbed up the tree.

He looked towards the war, but what greeted him was a whirlwind.

“Just arrived at the top, already greeted with an attack.” Ryuto smiled when he saw that. He clenched his hand, then a certain amount of black energy began to envelop his arm.

A purplish black glint appeared on the arm. Ryuto immediately swung his hand forward, then a certain amount of energy crashed down strongly.

“Boom!” strong winds collided with the black wave eruption. Instantly the whirlwind immediately spread out in all directions and the sky started to brighten.

Ryuto cracked his neck, then he grinned when he saw the scene that was happening not far from before him.

What Ryuto saw was heavy rain accompanied by strong winds in the city not far from his headquarters. This would make the man know what was going on there.

“My guess is right. Zero, call Nine to go with me!” Ryuto gave orders to his subordinates who were right behind.

It didn't take long, Nine arrived behind Ryuto. Then, the two of them nodded and darted away towards where the battle was going.

Meanwhile, Berta who had already made a large spear taper, instantly pointed both his hands forward. After that a big spear shot towards the water trident that was heading towards him.

“Chrono Chaos!” The spear began to emit such terrifying horrors. Everyone stared with astonished gazes and there was fear in their respective hearts.

Hack who was still conscious was surprised by the ability displayed by his opponent. He did not expect that Berta had a power that could match the abilities of the gods.

The spear and the Trident were approaching each other like magnets. The two of them in an instant clashed, then a loud explosion sounded so clear that the entire person immediately turned to leave.

“Booom!” the burst of waves spurred the entire storm at the venue. The previously dark sky instantly became bright. But the rain drops simultaneously.

The previously flat field ground is now a large hole. Obviously the explosion was not small and could not be underestimated.

The next second, the remaining wind of the storm blew fiercely. This made the dust soar high, in an instant disappear which revealed a single male figure enveloped by the aura on the outskirts of the large hole.

Seeing the figure, the entire person trembled and subconsciously lost their footing. Feet limp, not strong to hold their respective bodies.

One by one the Atlas Group members fell and sat down with cold sweat continuously dripping all over their bodies.

Hack who saw it was certainly surprised, but he smiled wryly. “Is this the end. There seems to be no regrets at all, this person answered the question that has always been a thorn in my heart.”

Hack has always wondered if anyone can overcome the power of the gods. Until he kept fighting against some strong people. There was absolutely no figure that could defeat the power of his god.

Now, however, all the questions in his heart were answered which made his heart even happier. He was ready to die because there were no more regrets.

Rash who was lying unconscious, his injuries were severe. Berta's kick was no joke. Even some bones in his body were shattered and cracked.

“The power of the Gods can be resisted. I didn't expect anyone to be able to go against that power,” Rash said. He followed Hack because the person was the person he admired the most.

The strength of both is high, but they are placed at the bottom in the Atlas organization. This is because such great powers require time so that everyone can cancel immediately. This is their weakness.

Berta who was at the edge of the hole, looked towards Rash and Hack. He found two people suitable for the next experimental material. It was obvious because the strength of the two people was beneficial to him.

Berta certainly tilted his head, he did not expect that the group in front of him was truly loyal to his leader. He never got it except one person.

“I didn't expect you to be so loyal to your respective leaders.” Berta said lightly, then his right hand rose in alignment and he continued his speech. “However, unfortunately I don't really care!”

“Spike!” the entire surface of the ground beneath the Atlas members trembled and the next turned into thorns that pierced their respective bodies.

Berta himself walked in the middle of the corpse that was pierced by the thorn he created. Then, right in front of Rash and Hack, he said lightly. “Time to finish our business.”
