The top emperors

Nine days into the voyage, they were all now in the imperial port of Lumenlus, the region of the empire next to Nuvoleon. Surely, the harbor seemed to be very crowded and unlike usual, tens, hundreds, or perhaps hundreds of thousands of residents in the port of Lumenlus only to see the figure of the top emperor they had never met.
