From a distance Elno saw Safiyah being surrounded by some thugs. In conditions like being injured. Safiyah held her head and occasionally closed her eyes as if enduring the pain.

" Mas Elno." Safiyah remembered all her memories. But his head hurt very much. His eyes slowly closed, but he saw Elno running towards him.

" Maybe!" Elno ran even faster towards Safiyah. He saw that Safiyah was about to fall down, as fast as lightning he caught Safiyah's body.

Andi and Leo who heard Elno's screams immediately turned their heads and beat up the thugs who had gangbanged Safiyah earlier.

Noah sat down and looked at him. In his heart he was determined to practice martial arts.

" Doctor Noah." Leo extended his hand.

Noah welcomes Leo's hand, but he is confused. Who is this guy and knows his name. Then he turned his gaze towards Safiyah.

" Safiyyah! Honey!" elno shouted with a cry on her face.

" You know him? Better get him inside." Noah ordered.

Elno while carrying Safiyah's body quickly brought her into the house. Followed by Noah and Leo.

While Andi ordered his men to settle matters with the thugs.

Inside the house everyone looked shocked to see Safiyah being carried by a person they did not know with her bloody head. In front of him was Doctor Noah who pointed out the direction of the room they were heading to to treat Safiyah's wounds.

Elno accompanied Safiyah. He didn't want anything to happen to him. His hand could not be separated from grasping Safiyah's hand tightly.

The deep yearning that he had been enduring for several months and was excruciating to the heart, today after finding the owner of his heart, the various tastes he felt were mixed.

His heart rate is irregular. His eyes could not be seen from the figure of Safiyah lying weakly in her bed which was being treated by Doctor Noah.

" I can only provide external treatment. After all this mess has subsided, we have to take him to the hospital to check his head" explains Dr Noah.

" I'm sorry, are you her lover?" asked Noah who saw Elno very tightly grasping Safiyah's hand.

" He's my future wife" she replied weakly with teary eyes.

" We found it on the riverbank in the village xxxx. He was in a coma and lost his memory. That's why we decided to take care of him until his memory returned." explained Noah who told him about Safiyah's condition.

" Thank you Doctor Noah." Elno said as she stroked Safiyah's short hair. He doesn't really care about Doctor Noah in front of him. His eyes were on Safiyah.

" Why don't you go home and call me, baby?" he murmured in the heart.

Doctor Noah stepped out of the room, He understood Elno's current feelings. He gave Elno a chance to look at her lover.

Outside the room. Mr. Matteo is shocked by Leo's presence in his home.

" Will Leo? What's up here?" ask Mr. Matteo.

" I'm sorry, sir, I'm here to pick up my sister Safiyah" said Leo, who tried to look left and right.

" You mean, that girl is Safiyah? The grandson of Mr Subroto?" mister Matteo asked with his glaring eyes.

Mr. Matteo had never seen Safiyah's face. Because every few times there was a meeting attended by Safiyah, Mr. Matteo did not attend because there was always a business trip out of town.

As they stared at each other, they were startled with a very familiar voice in the ear.
