Rani's wedding day is approaching, just under a week away.

At Mamak Sri House today must have started to be crowded with busy neighbors helping to prepare for the party.

Tradition in the village is like this, if one of the neighbors wants to hold a party, surely the other neighbors come to help without having to be asked.

The most unique and definitely there in every event is the tradition of 'Jenang' or making dodol.

This is usually done together by neighbors. Remembering the process to make Dodol can take a full day, even more.

Mothers will be busy grating dozens of coconuts, some are making dough, while the fathers begin to prepare the Furnace for cooking. Once the dough is ready, then it is the turn of the fathers who will stir until the dough is cooked.

The key is still at the end of the dilemma, between coming to help or not. If it comes, Sutris will definitely think if Tutik still can not Move on from him, while if it does not come, Tutik feels bad to Mamak Sri.

'Ah yasudah. Not coming may be okay, later just apologize to Mamak, say that it was busy again. But surely Mamak will feel that my work is much more important than Mamak. Ah ah, ribet.'

Until the day before the event arrived, the new Tutik came to Mamak's house. And sure enough, there was disappointment there. But all that was lost when Tutik apologized and of course gave an envelope containing 5 million rupiah money to add-up buying kitchen materials.

The long-awaited day has finally arrived. Rani and her husband were sitting in the bathtub of the King and Empress a day.

Tutik came with Bima and Mom and Dad.

Guests come and go, Tutik even helps serve guests.

Most guests here rarely carry envelopes, but Sugar and rice for female guests, while male guests there are those who carry envelopes, some are carrying one slop cigarettes to donate. That's our culture.

So far Tutik has not met Mayang at all, reportedly until now Mayang and Sutris are not even married.

"Eh Tik, don't help. You just sit sweet in front of welcoming guests with Mamak. You're beautiful like this. Don't help in the back. Let the other mamaks do it." said Mamak Sri by holding Tutik's arm to walk forward.

In the courtyard of the house stood a luxurious tent with two stages, one stage while the other stage entertainment orchestra.

It is a tradition in our village, that every celebration event will be considered entertainment orchestra, puppet or ketoprak. What else if the one who has a celebration of the rich, it is certain that the party will definitely last for two days and two nights.

Bima looks busy playing with her peers. The boy looks cool to explore one by one the stalls of toy traders and even hawkers.

When the wedding party is mostly considered an orchestra, usually there are many food and toy traders who want to. So you can imagine what it looks like, the night market just lost.

"Drink the Deck." Sutris came from behind and offered a bottle of tea.

Tutik just turned his head for a while without intending to receive the tea Sutris gave.

Sutris grabbed an empty seat and took a sitting position next to Tutik.

"Where's the five?" ask Sutris.

"Buy the toy in front." replied Tutik indifferently.

Sutris was quite silent for a long time, probably looking for a topic of conversation.

"You're not married yet?" Sutris asked again after a moment of silence.

"Not yet."

Again getting a super short answer, Sutris finally chose to be silent and no longer ask.
