Bella's Punishment

(4) The execution of a death sentence against a pregnant woman, a woman who is breastfeeding her baby, or a mentally ill person is postponed until the woman gives birth, the woman no longer breastfeeds her baby, or the mentally ill person is healed.

The punishment given to Bella is really in accordance with the punishment that Bram wants, only the punishment process goes very long. Where Bella had to go through a process about 10 years in advance for assessment, is she worthy of the law ma*ti or not?
