A meaningless sorry
Abi's car is getting away from the resort where they stayed last night.
"This is for you, eat. I know you haven't had dinner yet, right??"
Abi holds out a paper bag containing a food box that he accidentally ordered from the Resort for Sherin, so that she can eat Sherin in the car.
"Thank you" Sherin replied briefly. Sherin is hungry. He only had breakfast bread and eggs this morning, after which he left until the rain and finally now had to return to Jakarta.
