Chapter 18: Forgotten Memories

After successfully defeating the Titans and saving the world of Isekai from the evil of an evil sorcerer, the team of Shin Ryuu, their next generation, and their new characters take time to rest and celebrate their victory. However, amidst the excitement, Shin Ryuu began to feel an undefined unease.

One night, Shin Ryuu is jolted from his sleep by a disturbing dream. He saw a vague shadow, an invisible face and a forgotten memory. His heart felt heavy and filled with deep curiosity. He felt that something was missing, something important.

The next morning, Shin Ryuu decides to unravel the mystery behind his dreams. He gathered a team of Shin Ryuu, the next generation, and their new characters to discuss.

"Something is troubling my mind" Shin Ryuu said in seriousness. "I dream of a forgotten memory, of an invisible shadow. I feel like there's a part of me missing, and I need to figure out what it is."

Elara, who was always sensitive to Shin Ryuu's feelings, grabbed his hand gently. "We are here for you, Shin Ryuu. We'll help you find the answer you're looking for."

Supreme Priest Zephyr gave encouragement to Shin Ryuu. "Forgotten memories often have deep meaning in one's life. We must explore the past and uncover the hidden truth."

Rhea, Darion, and Artanis also expressed their determination to help Shin Ryuu find the answer he was looking for. Together, they gather information about mysterious places and events that happened in the past.

Shin Ryuu wiped the tears flowing down his cheeks. "I saw it, Elara. I saw the woman in a forgotten memory. He is someone very important in my life, but I don't know who he is. I feel like there's a missing part of me."

Supreme Priest Zephyr placed his hand on Shin Ryuu's shoulder with great understanding. "We will find the answer, Shin Ryuu. We won't stop searching until we find the truth."

Team Shin Ryuu and their allies returned to their headquarters with determined hearts. They realized that this quest was not something they could easily complete. But they are ready to face it with courage and loyalty to each other.

Eventually, they discover a clue that leads them to an isolated island in the middle of the ocean. There, they find an old man who claims to know about his forgotten memory.

The old man clasped Shin Ryuu's hand in reverence. "You are the missing child, Shin Ryuu. The woman you see in that memory is your mother. He was a hero who sacrificed himself to save Isekai's world."

Shin Ryuu was shocked and moved to hear that. He finally found the answer he had been looking for all this time. He feels connected to his mother, a hero who gave everything for the good of the world.

Team Shin Ryuu, the next generation, and their new characters together pay tribute to Shin Ryuu's mother at a monument erected in memory of her merits. They felt inspired by the courage and sacrifice that Shin Ryuu's mother made for Isekai's world.
