Cup Miyuki kissed her brother's forehead, making Sasuke's heart almost dislodged (it's still alive, meaning not dislodged❎)
"has it gone away? in the past, when I was sick, my mother always kissed me" said Miyuki who got the memory from the owner of the body that when she was sick she was always kissed in a place that hurt
"unbelievably" Sasuke's inner self had neutralized his heartbeat

On the other hand two pairs of eyes saw them from a distance and different places, they were father and son. Itachi and his father
