The story whackened Arex's feelings when he heard the doctor's explanation.

“Miss Susan has previously been my patient, Sir. But in recent times he suggested I leave the country to do more intensive treatment. Because the disease of liver failure is so dangerous. And Miss Susan agrees, because the equipment outside is more complete.” said the Doctor who is honest with his beliefs abroad.
