Gion and Mica see a doctor to ask for Ray's disease after both undergo blood tests at the doctor's request.
"What happened to my son, Doc? need a blood transfusion?" Ask Gion.
"Parents have red blood cell damage caused by rhesus/Rh mother and baby while in the womb are different. Mica's mother has negative rhesus (+) while her son has positive rhesus (-) inherited from his father. Which resulted in the blood of the mother and fetus colliding which resulted in damage to blood cells in the father, the only way is to replace damaged blood cells with blood transfusions from his biological father if not immediately done it will endanger the father, because currently experiencing anemia is quite severe.

Obviously the doctor who slightly offended Mica as if he was the one who caused her son to suffer. Mica was unable to say anything she could only listen to what the doctor explained even though tears still escaped the corner of her eye.
Before long one of the nurses submitted the results of tests that had been done by Gion and Mica. The doctor glanced at it and read the results.
"Sorry Mr. Gion, before I want to ask. Is your father not his real father? from the results of tests that you have done, the results show that you are not the real father." The doctor submitted the test results to Gion and it was written that the blood type between Gion and Ray did not match.
"Right doc, I'm not his real father. Because his real father doesn't know where he is now." Obviously Gion made the doctor just sigh.
"It's best to find his real father immediately to save the patient, otherwise it will be difficult to heal, because the damaged blood cells are irreplaceable" explained the doctor.

Mica and Gion approach two families who are gathering and waiting for the results.

"What happened to Ray Ma?" asked Zen who had just come in a hurry when he heard that Ray had entered the hospital.
"Mica's son needs a blood transfusion from his real father, and your stupid brother's finally convinced he's lying, if he's not Ray's father." it was clearly Vika who was upset after finding out if her son was lying.
"Then what would happen if he didn't get a blood transfusion from his father?" ask Zen seriously to make sure.
"Ray's condition will get worse and it will damage his brain as blood cells are irreplaceable" Gion said.
' Is that the condition of my son? no. I can't be selfish, Ray needs me right now, only I can save. Wait, son, I'll save you.'
Zen immediately left, not listening to Vika's call asking, Zen immediately looked for the doctor who handled Ray to ascertain the truth, and he was ready to donate his blood to Ray and that means Zen was ready if all knew that he was Raymond's father.
