Chapter 40

Naura yawned repeatedly in the car driven by Andreas. The woman was sleepy because it was almost midnight Andreas had just finished his work.

“Sleep, I'll wake you when it gets to.”

Naura yawned again then nodded and positioned herself comfortably on the chair to close her eyes. Not long ago a soft snoring sounded indicating that the woman beside him had entered the dreamland.

While Andreas gently stroked Naura's head on the sidelines of his wheel. Feeling guilty for letting his wife wait too long.

Andreas turns the car contacts to turn off the engine when the car they drive has arrived at the parking lot of the house. The man got out of the car with no intention of waking his wife. He opened the seatbelt belonging to Naura then carried the woman to enter the house.

The sound of the house bell rang. Andreas rushed to open the door because aunt had not come. And Naura was preparing to go to the office.

“You…? Andreas was surprised to see the figure of the woman before him come this early.

The woman hugged Andreas. The man attempted to release both of Celine's hands that were coiled around her body so tightly. While Naura who just came out accidentally saw the morning scenery that damaged her eyes and made her heart heat up.

“Kalian.” Andreas immediately pushed Celine's body to be free from the woman's embrace. He was afraid that Naura misunderstood what they were doing.

“What are you guys doing?”

“Sayang.” One word that came out from Andreas' mouth made Celine freeze on the spot.

“What do you mean you call her dear?” asked Celine who was back in Andreas' arm. The woman seemed to be unable to believe what she had just heard.

The man took back Celine's embrace. He walked closer to his wife. Andreas has decided to keep their marriage. And be responsible with Celine's pregnancy if it proves to be her child.

“Honey..” Naura raised her hand hinting to be silent.

Celine had actually been holding back the anger when her lover called Naura affectionately. Can't be that guy's hers. And he will try hard to take it back. Celine looked at Naura sharply. But it did not make Naura's guts shrink.

“Do you have no pity for our baby?” the woman gently stroked her stomach. Andreas saw that. He went back to worrying.

Naura felt very angry and disappointed to see her husband was silent when hugged by another woman. In front of his own eyes.

Andreas realized he immediately took off Celine's embrace. He stood beside his wife's body.

“No. I don't want.” Cut Celine before the man finished his words.

“Are you not ashamed to be the third person in our household.” This time Naura will not give up. She felt entitled to her husband. Moreover, he has given the rights of the man in their marriage relationship.

“Cih, didn't you become the third person in our relationship.”

“You forgot when you married Andreas was my lover. And your marriage is only based on a contract that will soon end.”

The two women were silent. Andreas stared intently at Celine. He doesn't like it if their contract marriage is re-discovered. Because Andreas has decided to be with Naura and end the contract.

“Aww hurts...” groans Celine while holding her stomach.

Naura was silent at the sight before her eyes. His heart ached more precisely disappointed. Her husband prefers her ex-lover over her who has given everything.

“I'll take you to the hospital.” Andreas holds Celine ala bridal. That woman is really sneaky. Can make good use of the moment. Celine held both hands around Andreas' neck. Leaning his head on the chest area of the man. He smiled with satisfaction as he looked at Naura's disappointed face.

“Our son will be fine right.” Celine pretended to be sad as she said that. And he deliberately said so as he passed through Naura's still-silent body.

“What? Child??”

The stern question with a surprised tone stopped Andreas' footsteps. Then he turned to the face of the wife who looked as if asking for an explanation against her.

“I'll explain it later.”

Andreas drove his car to the nearest hospital. He wanted to return home immediately to explain what had really happened. She did not want Naura to misunderstand and file for divorce in court. He will keep his marriage no matter what.
