28. The plan against the Mayor.

Liiu Yaoshan was astonished, as the man seemed to be afraid of something.

"What's up, Uncle? What's dangerous?" liiu Yaoshan asked curiously.

"I'll tell you, but not here" said the middle-aged man half-whispering.

Liiu Yaoshan and Yihua then followed the middle-aged man to a small building that the man called home.

"Come, comein! Don't hesitate!" take the middle-aged man in a friendly manner.

Liiu Yaoshan also stepped foot into the middle-aged man's house.

From the outside, the house looks small. But once Liiu Yaoshan entered, the inside was vast, even to accommodate twenty people' even, it seemed like it would be enough.

"Don't be surprised, young man! I purposely made this house look small, to be free from the entanglement of Mr. Mayor!" said the middle-aged man.

"City Guardianship?!" liiu Yaoshan was shocked.

And even more surprising, the middle-aged man said, if the Mayor intentionally did this, for his people to suffer.

That way, he can freely trade for citizens, who come to ask for help from him.

About where the Mayor sells his citizens, until now, no one knows the place yet.

"Sound! really weird!" said Liiu Yaoshan who realized the awkwardness behind the middle-aged man's story.

"What's wrong?" whispered Yihua curious.

"It's okay!" liiu Yaoshan replied as he turned his head back towards the man who was now looking at him in full search.

"Young man, did you come here for the first time?" asked the middle-aged man who suddenly turned anxious after noticing Liiu Yaoshan's face.

"Right, we just came!"

The middle-aged man immediately panicked after hearing Liiu Yaoshan's words.

"Damn! I'm in danger!" he said while closing all the empty rooms using wide curtains.

"What's the matter, Uncle? What danger will befall you?" tanaya Liiu Yaoshan in surprise.

"Here you go, help me lower these curtains!" the middle-aged man hurriedly covered the empty space in order not to be seen.

Dugh! Dugh! dugh!

"Old Brother Ming! Open door!"

Some of the bodyguards, banged on the door of the middle-aged man's house whom they called Old Man Ming.

"How's this? You guys have to go! You can't be here!" said the middle-aged man full of panic on the look on his face.

"What's the matter, we have to go?' Yihua ventured to ask.

The middle-aged man, glanced towards Yihua and smiled smirk. "You ask why? They obviously want you! They need new people to sell! Understood?!

Yihua retreated backwards when she heard the middle-aged man say. Somehow, he felt afraid so knowing those people wanted him to be sold.

Dugh! Dugh! Dugh!

"Old Brother Ming! Quickly open the door! Or we'll break it!"

Back, the people outside the door were pounding at Old Man Ming's door, and shouting for him to open the door.

While inside, now the middle-aged man became even more panicked. It could have been him handing Liiu Yaoshan, and Yihua into their hands.

"I can help you, Uncle!"

Unexpectedly, Liiu Yaoshan offered his help to the middle-aged man.

"What can you do for me, young man? I think it's too late, we can't run now. Here, there is no spare door to exit." lamented the middle-aged man.

Liiu Yaoshan smirked, then flicked his sleeves.

The room that was once spacious, now turned seedy and also narrow.

And Liiu Yaoshan, or Yihua, was now nowhere to be seen before Old Man Ming.

"Eh, where did the young man go? And that girl, that girl disappeared too! My house too, why did it turn out to be like this?" old Man Ming said in confusion.

While the people who were outside, already could not resist their patience to enter the house.

BRAAKKK!

The door of Old Man Ming's house was forcibly broken down by his people Mayor.

"Where did you hide the two newcomers, Old Man Ming?!" snip one of the men violently.

"I, I don't know where they are!" old Man Ming's pretext with fear implied on his face.

"Don't lie, you!" sniped the guy again.

Old Man Ming panicked, he indeed did not know where the two people who had been with him were.

Yet still, the people of the Mayor did not believe his words. Then, they all rummaged through Old Man Ming's house, which had already turned into the slum.

Eventually, they decided to leave because they did not find what they were looking for.

The bodies of Liiu Yaoshan and Yihua again appeared before Old Man Ming who was still kneeling because he was still afraid of the incident just now

"You guys?!" old Man Ming half-cried in surprise at the sudden appearance of Liiu Yaoshan.

"We better get going now, Uncle. We don't want to involve you too far, and be their moons." Liiu Yaoshan said calmly.

Old Man Ming got up, and looked at Liiu Yaoshan very fixedly.

"Where are you going? You better stay here! I will prepare all your needs later, rather than you being out there. The danger!" said Old Man Ming whose eyes were still fixed on Liiu Yaoshan.

"What are you investigating from me, Uncle?" liiu Yaoshan asked flatly.

At such a question, Old Man Ming immediately turned his gaze in another direction.

"I know, you're not ordinary people. I also know, your intentions, especially you, young man! You must be curious, right? You want to fight the Mayor?But to fight him, you are not enough to rely on strength alone."

"What do you mean, Uncle? Do you want to help me, find the Mayor's weakness?" liiu Yaoshan asked curiously.

"Definitely! I will definitely help you, but not with strength. You know, I'm just a weak old man who doesn't have any strength. But I have this ...," Old Man Ming said as he pointed at his own temple with a finger.

Liiu Yaoshan smiled in satisfaction, seeing the reaction of the parents in front of him. At least, one of the residents of the small town where he is now. Starting to have awareness, to fight their despotic Mayor.

"Okay, we'll stay here for a while. And the food problem, Uncle did not have to bother to prepare it for the both of us. We can look for it ourselves, Uncle." said Liiu Yaoshan who was nodding his head by Old Man Ming.
