“Who is this handsome guy, Kay?” Asked Grandma who was still lying on the bed she looked at the figure of a handsome man standing beside her grandson.

“She's Sister Zayn William, son of William's family friend Father.” Mikayla said, she was happy to be able to meet her Grandmother with the child of her father's best friend.

As Ratna's countenance changed, the smile faded as she heard Mikayla's words.

“The world is indeed narrow, we accidentally met.” Mikayla said unconsciously the change in the look on her Grandma's face.

Grandma Ratih smiled bitterly.
