What is a magic circuit?

This magic circuit is able to make people able to use magic well and powerfully, the person who has a lot of mana and a good magic circuit can be a magician and the person who has a little mana but a good circuit he can be a knight/SWORDMAN.
Why did Andi just get a magic circuit? though he in the first chapter can use magic without circuits!!
Well that's because Andi has a Sage title, he can use magic freely but not optimally because a witch/Sage must have a magic circuit friend.
Why doesn't Andi have a magic circuit???
Well you know in the first chapter, Andi came through a dimensional crack and opened reincarnation. He used his body on earth to this other world so he did not have a magic circuit.
Where does the power of Andi bang come from!??

"i had expected this to be different and it was like it was increasing a bit" Andi said as she observed the magic circle in her palm, Andi tried the magic towards the trees.
A huge magic circle appeared by summoning a huge windstorm, the windstorm was so strong that it gusts like a sharp knife.
The wind cadaver raged in the forest,

Andi quickly put up a round shield in the area where it was, a transparent blue shield appeared protecting Andi like a semicircle.
The attack from the windstorm was unable to penetrate Andi's shield, Inside Andi's shield began to understand what was happening with his body.

After walking for a long time Andi was finally on top of a high cliff, under the ravine right in front of Andi there was a small village that was crowded with residents.
The village under a large tree that looked like a mushroom tree, the roots of the tree hung on the trunk like a large banyan tree.
"as the village was protected by a barrier." Andi thought, looking intently at the village, Andi saw a shield protecting the village from the outside world.
The shield seems to have a midpoint, and like its shield it makes the village invisible and undiscovered by ordinary people and lower-level magicians.
"it's a strong and durable shield yaa" Andi muttered with a thin smile, Andi's right hand took out a black magic circle with a cracked space on top.
