Level 1 - 10 Spirit Trainees
Level 21 - 30 Spirit Grandmaster
Level 31 - 40 Spirit Expert
Level 41 - 50 Spirit Leader
Level 51 - 60 Spirit Lord
Level 61 - 70 Spirit King
Level 71 - 80 Spirit Saint
Level 81 - 90 Spirit Doulou
Level 91 - 99 Titled Doulou
Each Skill Level/Equipment/Weapons was restricted to the spirit master level of the user, so if the user was at Level 4 then the Level Skill/Equipment/Weapons restriction was at Level 10 to upgrade to the next level, users must be at level 11.
The ability of Set provides a bonus effect to the user if it meets the requirements. So many of me if there is less I will add in the future.
