Chapter 7 - A Message

    Soon, Aurora has fully managed to fit in with her new friend, Mayang. According to him, the girl was very pleasant, even kindly introduced many friends to him. Of course, except Jenar.

    “Forget about him, you need to cross off the mystery in the friend list.” he said dusty, while fixing the books and writing tools into the bag.

    Mayang immediately pulled Aurora's wrist as soon as he finished the instructions from her. The two of them sauntered out of the classroom, where one gaze followed their departure. The mature brown-skinned girl was very aware of it, but Mayang's enthusiasm made her put aside the curiosity that kept flashing in her mind.     In the U-shaped school building, Mayang guided Aurora through several classrooms by breaking through a crowd of students who were all walking to each other, then stopping briefly near the stairs, before finally turning to the right corridor. As soon as the destination, Mayang invited Aurora to stand by the door of a rowdy classroom, almost the entire population left the room. So quiet, Mayang waved at an oval-faced man with white skin and had a dimple chin. When standing, Aurora can measure the height of her body which is only up to the shoulder of the man.

    “What's May?” ask the owner of the chin dimple while walking closer.

    “Include, my new friend, a transfer student from Jakarta. My friends are also now.”

     “Hai, I'm Aurora,” he said as he offered a hand.

     “Oh yes, I Bagaskara,” the man replied and welcomed Aurora's hand. The two beads of their eyes met each other, making each other nervous.

     “Whose nickname?” ask Aurora shyly.

     "Ah yes forgot, call me Gaska, I prefer it.” he said with a smile, which was also greeted by Aurora. “You feel at home one bench with Mayang? He talks a lot. I alone as his cousin, often not strong.” he continued open familiarity.

      Mayang put his arm on Aurora's shoulder, “Enak only, no need to ask, Aurora is definitely at home with me.”

    Gaska made a gait like he wanted to vomit while Aurora just smiled at the two.

    “Already, stop being arrogant May,” Gaska lightly tapped Mayang's forehead with the back of his middle finger.

    “Aww .. pain,” Mayang weaving lips, then rubbing his forehead.

    Gaska just laughed in response to his cousin, “By the way, you live where Ra?” ask Gaska then.

     “Still in an area near here, approximately fifteen minutes away from school.”

     “Manya Aurora buy a cheap house, but can build quite large,” Mayang join chiming. "I'm curious about his house, what a windfall then, right? I also want.”

      “Oh yes? Lucky for your family.”

        "Where to see,” said Gaska and Mayang together.

    Aurora reached into the pocket of her gray skirt, and pulled out a red flat object from there, before long her thumb had moved smoothly over the monitor of the device, it seems to choose something and then thrust it toward Mayang and Gaska alternately once it finds it. "This is my house."

    “Wow ... awesome! your home is like the ones in horror movies.” exclaimed Mayang interested, without sorting his words, while Gaska just nodded his head not to comment, “I'm curious really, really, want to see your house directly Ra.” said Mayang continued.

    Aurora was about to answer but paused when she saw many students coming back to the classroom, while the break was still not over.

    “What's up?” intercept Gaska, asked one of his classmates.

    “Teachers there is a meeting, the school is dissolved today Gas.” bright boy pupils wearing glasses box it, which then passes through their small crowd.

    "Yes! what a coincidence, I can play at your house today means Ra?” Mayang exclaimed as he combed his bangs with the fingers of his hand — something that became his habit— moved with excitement as if the universe supported his wishes.

    Aurora nods vigorously, “Of course. My house is quiet, my mom hasn't come home from work, my sister hasn't gone to school. So, I'd be very happy and grateful if you'd come to my house now.”

    “You're coming with me Gas?” Mayang turned his face to his cousin.

    “Other times I've played there. Now, coming home fast, I'm going to the guitar shop,” explained Gaska as he looked nervously at Aurora's face.

    “Alright, next time you should come to my house too. I'll charge it.” Aurora seemed to be getting comfortable talking to the man with the chin, although still a little shy.

    “Ready!” Gaska practiced a respectful pose to Aurora, inviting the laughter of the two girls before her. “then I say go first ya.”

    “Yes, go there." said Mayang finally. Gaska then passed into the classroom to pack his belongings, along with Aurora and Mayang's departure.

    “I called Mama first, so as not to pick me up here.” Aurora was busy fiddling with her gawai while walking down the corridor to the classroom.

    “Ya, please, you have to tell.”

    They paused for a moment as Aurora cupped the flat object into her ear, waiting for the call to be connected. Before long, a subtle voice rang out from across the phone answering his phone.

    “Halo Ra, what's the matter dear?”

    "Hello Ma, there was a teacher meeting at school today, so I came home quickly.”

    “Mama can't pick you up now, there's still work unfinished. Hows it? Can you ride public transport first, baby?”

    “No problem Ma, I'll go home with Mayang, my classmate. He wants to play at home with me, can't he?”

     “Oh thank God, of course you can. Be careful on the road, let me know when you get home. ”

    “Pasti.”

    "All right, Mama hang up the phone."

    Aurora smiled as she looked at Mayang who also joined in smiling, capturing the girl's intentions. The two continued their steps towards the classroom. There, they find the entire class has been quiet, and only leaving Jenar in her seat, who is somehow doing what. Mayang just walked into the table sitting, while Aurora stood restrained at the door watching Jenar, who then rose from her chair.

    His face lowered even though he started walking, and his eyes were reluctant to look at Aurora. However, when their distance is very close — may only be as far as one inch — suddenly the mysterious girl opened her voice, then said something that increasingly invites curiosity Aurora.

     “Be careful,” said Jenar very clearly caught Aurora's ear, yet had time to answer, the girl had already gone away, leaving her in a hurry.
