09. The Arrival of In-Law

Almost three hours Agatha struggled with the kitchen, until finally all the food menu has been finished, just serve and eat it again.

After that Agatha decided to go up to clean herself, because her body was quite sweaty. While riding the elevator to the third floor, Agatha was not alone, but with a man who held the status of her husband, Xavier.

"Mama and Papa will stay for a few days" Xavier said, breaking the silence.

"We must sleep in the same room, because Papa does not know if we are separated," Xavier replied looking at Agatha who was looking at him as well.

"You're so short," Xavier sneered as he saw Agatha looking up at him.

"I'm not short, you're too tall" replied Agatha with her pouting face.

"Udah. So, I have to move my stuff to your room, right?" agatha asked who was answered a soft nod by Xavier, which made Agatha reflexively face Xavier.

"So, I have to move bookshelves, clothes, skincare, albums I dong," said Agatha.

"Not so Agatha, you just need to move the things you need" Xavier replied flatly. Agatha who heard that just nodded her head slowly, then silence resumed, because the elevator had reached the third floor. Agatha and Xavier continued to walk together because the distance between Xavier and Agatha's room was not too far away.

When she reached her room Agatha immediately entered the bathroom to clean herself up. It didn't take long Agatha had come out of the bathroom with her Bathrobe, then walked into the closet. Not long after that Agatha had come out of the Walk in closet wearing short black jeans with a white T-shirt top. Simple right?

There was nothing wrong with Agatha going down, as she was about to have lunch. Zaqiel must have gone home, too, because Xavier was home.

At the dinner table, his two parents-in-law, Xavier and Zaqiel, are seen.

"Sorry, late," said Agatha not forgetting her distinctive grin.

"It's okay Agatha, sit down" said Reiga.

Agatha immediately occupied herself beside Zaqiel. After Agatha sat down, lunch immediately began.

After lunch, they all sat together in the garden behind the mansion. Surely there is only one Zaqiel, because Arshaka and Xalzero have not returned from school.

Agatha sat in a chair a little away from the two in-laws, Xavier and Zaqiel. Because Agatha wanted to read the novel, until Zaqiel's voice caused Agatha to distract her.

"Mommy," call Zaqiel and stand beside Agatha.

"There's Qiel?" agatha asked as she closed her novel, not forgetting its slight curving to mark up which sheets she had read.

"It's okay, Mom. Qiel was just calling," Zaqiel replied.

"Mommy, can Qiel, borrow Mommy's phone?" ask Zaqiel to Agatha.

"May," answered Agatha.

"What for?" agatha asked before giving her phone to Zaqiel.

"To watch Mommy's cartoon," Zaqiel replied.

After that there was no talk between the mother and stepson, because he was busy at their respective activities, Agatha who continued reading her novel and Zaqiel money watching a favorite cartoon.
