Strong Dad's
Interviews

While looking for a place to live, Toni also put job applications in several places, which is opening job vacancies that she met on the street. There were many things he could meet in this city, and Toni was amazed by him

While on an adventure in Jakarta, Toni looked at the skyscraper, which she had never seen in purwokerto. Saw this! he became a little concerned.

The gap between the two cities is huge, in terms of infrastructure as well as in terms of other things. If this difference is described, it will look like heaven and earth!. This made him very jealous, when he knew all these things.

13:28 PM

Inside a company building. Toni, along with the other applicants, was waiting for their turn to be called in for an interview.

Toni waited anxiously.he was very worried about his performance that would decline, when doing an interview later.

Previously he was very happy, when he found an industrial company located in central Jakarta area.is opening job vacancies on Walk interview. Moreover, this is his first day looking for a job in Jakarta.

However, the face that the other applicants showed, made him a little uneasy. Seeing them all moody, made Toni feel depressed. What else with the gloomy atmosphere in this room, he became worried about being made.

Unable to stand this atmosphere, Toni finally made a conversation with the woman next to her.

"A-anu mbak, have you been waiting here a long time?." Toni is stale. Though he already knew, if the woman came along with him, while at the entrance earlier.

The woman was shocked, and woke up from her daydream. "E-eh, yes. I've been here 3 hours."

"His way, he's nervous again! Made relaxing by mbak. " Say Toni casually.

The woman laughed blandly, then said. "this is my first interview because, I so tangent later to say what, on the floor later."

"Hahaha, same! me also. This is also my first interview. " Toni said trying to get familiar. With his interlocutor.

"What time?, but the rich are so experienced." The woman asked suspiciously.

Tony smiled, and said. "Well! it's also great that I can fool others."

The woman was surprised, curiously asking. "So really?, the first time Interview?."

"I lied to you too, no luck to me." Toni tried to be relaxed.

"Yes, too" The woman frowned. For whatever reason, he pretended to be like a newcomer like himself.

"Ooh yeah, we haven't met. My name is Toni." Said Toni while sticking out her hand.

"Nanda" he said as he shook Toni's hand.

After a while, a 27-29 year old woman in office clothes walked out of the interview room.

"Toni Yudhoyono" Call the woman, slightly shouting.

Toni who was chatting was surprised, and said spontaneously. "I"

"Please come in." The woman's words were short. After saying that, he went back into the room.

"I'm first, nan." Tony got up from his seat.

"Okay, good luck." Nanda said, cheering Toni on.

Tony paused for a moment at the door. After taking a deep breath, Toni entered the interview room.

In the room, the woman was waiting at her desk. Upon seeing Toni enter, the woman smiled lightly and nodded towards him.

Toni who felt awkward said. "Excuse me, can I sit down?"

"Please" the woman smiled, and let Toni sit down.

After Toni sat down, she just sat quietly, occasionally, glancing at the woman while writing something on a piece of paper. A few moments later the woman spoke.

"Good Day! Can we start the interview?." He said softly, while noting something on his piece of paper.

Toni nodded lightly, and said. "Yes, Please."

"OK, introduce yourself." Said the woman, relaxed.

"I'm Toni Yudhoyono, from purwokerto. This year I'm only 23 years old, I Graduated High School State 10 purwokerto. Right now, I live with a friend at No19 Block G." People's Housing." Toni said,

"I applied for marketing! " Answer, replied Toni, firmly.

"Why did you choose to apply for marketing?." Ask the woman, casually.

"Of all I can do, I'm best suited to that part." Tony tried to answer it casually.

The woman nodded lightly, then she said. "From the CV that you provide. said here, you have worked in the local furniture industry, from the year 85 to 93. And you just quit about 2 months ago, from your previous job. Is there any particular reason why you quit?." The woman spoke, noting something on a piece of paper in front of her.

This man had worked there long enough, why did he choose to come out? If he had worked that long, his position there would not have been low.

"The reason I came out, was actually because they weren't enough to appreciate the talent I had." Toni's words were full of disappointment.

The woman smiled, looking at Toni with interest. "Can you explain further?"

The woman was a little surprised by what Toni said, and she was quite curious as to what was really going on there.

"Yes" Then Toni continued. "As long as I am still working there, I have achieved many achievements in aspects, innovating and in terms of creativity. Even I was entrusted by the business owner, to manage his own business."

"I'm up to Discussing sales issues as well, which shouldn't be my part. Until ditik! I made the growth of the business go fast. The glorious achievement that I have achieved there, when I managed to export the products I have, to several cities on the island of Java."

Toni paused for a moment, shivering at something less pleasant, then she said softly. "Because UMR there is lower, than in Jakarta. I just feel less, with that little money. So I want to find a better one, in Jakarta."

The woman raised her eyebrows, and said. "If that's true, why did you choose to apply to our company?."

Being able to raise the value of a venture to that level, is an incredible feat. If he's employed in this company. It would be more profitable, than one could ever imagine.

"I just feel like this company can meet the needs I want." Tony looked at her seriously.

"If your ambition is big, why not just apply for a higher position?. Why choose such a low position?." He wanted to know the answer from this man in front of him.

"Because I want to show you the feasibility I have now, before reaching the position I want to be." Toni spoke out loud.

He has impressed her. If he had to judge, this man in front of him would get an A+ from him.

What an interesting man!

"How much salary do you expect from this company?" Ask the woman, seriously.

The woman wanted to find out how much salary she wanted, in fact, she had already guessed the salary she would offer

"50 thousand" Toni said firmly, pointing out her three fingers. Toni felt, this was a cheap price for her right now.

The woman's eyes widened to hear Toni's words, "50 thousand?" He did not expect, that this person in front of him was very brave, to offer a very high price.

The salary offered by Toni is equivalent to the salary for a senior employee in this company. Although the company can still bear it, but this is already very excessive for new employees.

Toni who saw the woman's expression also reacted. "I'm here to offer the creativity and intelligence that I have. Of course, along with my loyalty. If I take into account the credibility I have, it's a very profitable long-term investment, for your company."

Toni has researched UMR in Jakarta at this time, after weighing indecision, she finally decided. 50 thousand is the right price for her.

(UMR \= Regional Minimum Wage)

The woman fell silent and thought for a moment, not long after which she sighed. "Okay, thanks for the time. I will evaluate it first, and wait for more information from me!."

'I must report this to 'He' first on this matter' The woman murmured in her heart.

After shaking hands, Tony left the room.

Toni walked out of the room with a smile on her face, then approached Nanda who was sitting looking at her.

"Where! smoothly?." Nanda asked curiously, as Toni's expression looked very pleased.

"Currently" Toni gave the code with her finger.

It is certain, that he will work in this company soon. Only a blind person would refuse, after seeing a resume about him.

After thinking about it again, this first interview went better, than he expected.
