Farid's Disappointment

The day before Doni met Uncle Ragil, Farid came to Lana's residence confidently to greet the girl. He came alone and wanted to meet Doni who he knew was Om Lana because there was no one who would have the true status of Doni.

Doni was told that Farid was waiting for him to come downstairs and meet him in the living room with his cold, flat face.

Lana herself was still in the room, she had just finished taking a bath and changed her clothes and immediately went down to see her guest because the waiter had said that there was Farid who wanted to meet her.

"So Farid's sister Om Doni looks very tense!" muttered Lana looked at the two people who were looking at each other with their sharp gazes. Lana accelerated her steps down the stairs until she arrived at Hadaoan Farid and Doni who immediately turned her eyes to Lana who was still standing with a confused face over the gaze of the two adult men before her now.

"Hey.you guys look at me like that like a pedophile knows!" lana screeched, even without hesitation she covered her two breasts that were not so big but could be seen clearly because of Lana's slightly tight clothes.

Doni rolled his eyeballs lazily, but he quickly grabbed Lana's hand and took her to sit next to him as Farid who had been watching Lanapun could only be silent with a meaningful gaze.

Silent, there was not a single word that came out either from Doni or Farid, they were busy with their respective sharp gazes. The bored Lana finally opened her voice.

Farid turned his gaze to Lana, and turned his sharp gaze into a gaze full of love and warmth. Doni grew even more upset when he saw Lana who was smiling gently at Farid.

'Damn, he actually showed a smile at this damn man.' muttered Doni still looking at Lana who did not turn to him at all.

"Sister would propose to you An, but." replied Farid smilingly, but when he recalled the words of Doni a moment ago when Lana had not arrived he looked back at Doni who was staring at him flat.

Lana frowned, she also said to Doni who looked ordinary. "What does Doni Kak say?" lana asked with her curious face. Doni quickly looked at Lana with an unexpected look, how could the girl stay calm and instead ask like that even what was that! Om! the girl called him Om in front of the oria who wanted to propose to him.

"He said you were getting married!" farid replied seriously, but the cynical smile he gave to Doni who was still staring at Lana waiting for the answer to what her girl would say.

Lana was silent for a moment, she seemed to think of something while the two men there please anxiously wait for an answer from her.

"So we're both talking above, there's something An wants to say!" finally Lana again let out her voice and it made Doni inflamed because of the words of Lana who only wanted to talk to Farid alone, and that means she would not listen to anything they would talk about.

Farid smiled, he immediately nodded and followed Lana's steps that had gone upstairs towards his personal space. Doni could only clench his hands staring.Lana's departure was also Farid who walked behind him.

"Akhh, damn it. Just watch out for you Lana, Om will punish you later for ignoring Om." he murmured in a stifled voice for holding back anger and jealousy.

Doni chose to wait in the living room, with an annoyed and angry face he remained faithful to be there even he kept glancing towards the door of Lana's private room which was already tightly closed. Really Doni was very nervous about what the two people who were doing in there.

While in Lana's private room, Farid was still silent while staring at Lana who was also still silent with a calm face very different from when he was below.

"The next time Ana apologizes, because Ana cannot accept Sister's proposal" said Lana made Farid widen his eyes staring in disbelief at Lana.

"Why?" asked Farid with his disappointed face, he recalled Doni's words a moment ago and made himself feel tight.

"Sister Farid is a good person, and Ana is sure Kak Farid can get a good girl from Ana.." Lana did not answer Farid's question, a calm face was still visible in Farid's eyes which had now increasingly felt tightness in his chest over Lana's subtle rejection.

"You don't like Brother An?" asked Farid again, his face was very disappointed and remained faithful looking at Lana

"If Kak Farid asked her a few years ago, maybe Ana would answer if Ana also likes Kak Farid, but now different feelings Lana and Kak Farid just a feeling of friends in childhood alone." lana replied firmly. Farid lowered his face, unable to look at Lana's calm face anymore.

"So what's Doni saying is true An, you're getting married?" Farid looked back at Lana with a bitter smile.

"But you....!" Farid hangs his words, he looks at Lana asking for an explanation for the relationship with Doni.

"I and Im Doni have no blood relation, because he is not the son of Grandpa and not the descendant of Angkara" said Lana who understood the direction of Farid's question. Farid was quite surprised, his eyes opened wide again, but he quickly turned his face very flat.

"Alright, Brother understands. Sister just wishes you guys could be happy." said Farid finally...

Farid immediately stood up without looking at Lana who was still loyal with her calm face, and was also already standing. Farid slightly lowered his face then passed leaving Lana who was just silent in her place. He is regulating his own feelings, lying if Lana says if her feelings for Farid are really gone because the feelings are still there even though not as big as before because now there is Doni in his heart.

Farid came out of Lana's room and had already gone down the stairs. Doni who saw his rival had already come down and looked at Farid's face that looked disappointed. Farid glimpsed Doni as he approached the man who was two years older than him.

"Dear Ana, if you hurt her I'll take her from you!" farid said firmly and there was a threat in it, Doni did not answer he only showed a confused face.

Farid did not expect Doni to answer his question, he soon passed leaving Doni who was still confused by his words. Soon Lanapun came out and began to descend the stairs gracefully.

"Why him?" doni asked when Lana was next to him.

"May Brother Farid always be happy with a woman who can.love him.." replied Lana without. turned to Doni who quickly looked at Lana.

"You turned him down, Lana?" ask Doni with a hopeful face. Lana just nodded without looking.

Doni reflexively hugs Lana tightly, she kisses Lana's forehead and is very happy.

"Thank you.." muttered Doni still hugging Lana hang still with a warm smile but his eyes were still staring. towards the door where Farid had just come out of there.

Doni and Lana who are happy always spend time together in the room, although nothing happened that crossed the line, but it was enough to make both very happy.

Farid himself was messed up, he never came out of his apartment for days even his apartment looks very chaotic with all the goods that are destroyed in a mess and scattered where.

"Blessed is Ana, I may never forget you and will go as far away from this country as you can where you will be happy with your choice." she said, tears just kept flowing down her smooth cheeks. Even his face looked very ugly with puffy eyes and dark circles in each of his eyes.

Farid has been determined to leave Indonesia, until his heart really can be separated from the feelings of love for Lana. He will try to forget Lana and go as far as possible so as not to get news from Lana.

"Goodbye Ana.." he explained, now he was on a plane that would deliver him to other countries far from Indonesia.

The plane that Farid was on left the airport, he was still staring down through the window. The tightness in his chest was again felt as he closed his eyes and remembered Lana who had rejected him and chose to be with Doni.

"Blessed is my Ana.." he muttered, at that moment his plane was flying higher and Farid let out his tears until it fell on his hands.
