Swipe You, Swipe Me

Swipe You, Swipe Me
Two of Cups and The Fool

"Yes, the cave dressing you first," said Anita.

"Replace bentar yes, Nit," he said.

Tara asked to exchange shifts to keep the entrance and ticketing gate TechNow-Show that was intercepted by her office. At least he had been sitting in the booth since nine in the morning when the exhibition opened. He hasn't even taken his lunch.

"Udah, there," Anita waved her hand to expel Tara in order to complete her wish.

Tara walks into the committee room, takes her lunch rations and spends a bottle of mineral water in one gulp, as she crosses paths with Susi. Susi is not her name if she does not appear stunning at all times. All the organizers wore black polo shirts with a large company logo on the back and "People Behind Techno-Show" embroidered slick and juxtaposed with trousers for more free movement. But Susi looks amazing with a short skirt above the knee and pump shoes fifteen cent. Tara just hope, the colleague did not stumble when stepping.

"Kok lo here?" the handy-talkie in Susi's hand still communicates with other channels. "And you should be at the ticket booth."

"Eat," Tara raised the box in her hand.

"And it should have been an hour ago" Susi checked the clock on her left wrist.

"The longer you babble the longer the cave back to the booth, Miss Susi," said Tara respectfully made up and left Susi who was still babbling.

He was looking for Vanka who was still busy being an MC on the stage there. Yes, the event party finally called William to be the host of their office event. Is it not beneficial for all parties? William is a radio broadcaster and also hosts an event that has its flying hours soaring. His ability to guide the event is no doubt, in accordance with him who is good at talking and carrying the atmosphere. The other advantage is obvious to his co-worker, Vanka.

Vanka finally listened to Tara's idea in the past. Then he became the first to advise her at a large meeting with the entire division. Fieryly he promoted the man. But that's how Vanka is, there's no way he's just suggesting something if it's not worth suggesting. The majority of the employees in her office knew William - which surprised Tara and Vanka - because they loved watching music events that were often hosted by the man.

The news of the relationship between the two men went well. Although it is undeniable, Vanka still often shares his turmoil with Tara. The insecurity that always follows in every love relationship is still the main problem. Fortunately, William who was included indifferent with such things can still convince Vanka to stay by his side. Then at this moment, seeing the two of them guiding the event on stage there, it looked compact and filled each other up. Looks harmonious.

Tara stepped in search of a quieter place from the hustle and bustle of people going back and forth. He found a garden area near a lush parking lot with plants relieved enough for him to eat. The trees that surround the park have different colors. Although it was clear that the afternoon was hot, but under the shade of the canopy of leaves, Tara felt cold. The wind slightly lifted his body tired. Hustle and bustle, the dim boisterousness of the exhibition space seemed to be shrunk by the universe. Focus on enjoying the nature around him.

Tara opens a late lunch box when a plane passes by. Tara lifted her head to accompany the flight. A knotty smile was imprinted on both of his lips.

He knew, Rendi had calmed down there. He still did not expect, in addition to the death of his father, it turns out that the death of the man also imprint in him. Yes, it is undeniable. They have both gone through time, memories, togetherness and problems that adorn their relationship into a beautiful strand. Until the moment they step on the opposite path has matured them into a better figure. In the end, Tara still lives on this earth and Rendi remains in a dimension of immortality. All Tara knew was that she had forgiven him for a long time. The figure of Rendi will remain in his heart as a trace that he once existed in a space named earth and lived.

Thinking about Rendi, it would be incomplete if his mind did not jump on Sofia. She was three months pregnant under the supervision of a mental health doctor. After the death of Rendi, who Tara heard he was depressed to the point of almost killing himself and his own fetus. Tara hopes that Rendi's child in Sofia's womb grows into a strong child. Sofia must be protected by a strong figure because she is also a strong woman.

Tara turned her gaze from the incoming plane and disappeared in thick white clouds onto the food in her box. Ah, sushi menu!

"Hi, Genta.." he said softly.

Since the last time he met Genta, the news he heard was minimal. The only informant he had was Vanka and he didn't ask much further. Tara's guilt towards the man never lessened. He decided not to disturb his life anymore. Knowing she was cured shortly after the incident that time has made Tara relieved. He hopes that only time can heal his feelings as well as Genta.

Last week, Tara even attended an art exhibition titled "The Gray Stroke". Treat Genta's work which is the result of a sweep of the gray lines of his pencil in his mini picture book. He did not find the man because he did not come at the primetime time of the exhibition. All he found were two images that displayed his image in a glass frame with no edges.

He scratched himself on the edge of a lake with a cigarette in his hand. The delicate sketches that Genta once showed her when Tara visited the man in the hospital. The title "Rround" is embedded in the name of the painting. Then, a half-portrait of Tara's face not far from the first painting. "Rampung" became the name of the scratch. He lifted his smile. For some reason, he did get the message that Genta gave in the painting. Their journey ended halfway. Then in the next frame, he finds pieces of the figure of a narrow-eyed girl with a nametag inscribed with Chinese characters that Tara herself does not understand.

Tara looked back at the menu in her box while remembering too many things she had gone through in just one year. Everything was like a dream that passed through time without stopping. Until he reached this point, Tara decided to stop and breathe for a moment.

"Dreaming?"

"Now, I made FreezingCoffee. Let's not sleep," held out a glass of black coffee that Bram had brought from his coffee booth.

"I'm not daydreaming, it's just.... That is," Tara laughed as she grabbed the black coffee cup in Bram's hand.

"Thank you, yes" said Bram.

"For?" tara said as she siphoned her coffee.

"Daily Coffee can enliven TechNow-Show," he said really.

Tara smiled faintly, "i'm also glad you were chosen and could take part. Who knows the product Daily Coffee so new comer for coffee drinks."

"Who knows, Daily Coffee is your automatic choice from now on" Bram lapsed as he nudged Tara with the tip of his elbow.

Tara just laughed a little which made Bram doubtful. Is it yes, or vice versa.

Bram clears his throat and turns to the opposite direction to Tara's position. "It's still hard to start your engine, Tara?"

"Huh?" tara quickly turned her head and looked at the back of Bram's head which slowly turned its face towards her.

"Your motor, still hard to turn on?" Bram looked at both of Tara's round eyes.

"How did you know?"

"Jeez," Bram chuckled. "I think I gave you so many surprises."

Bram straightened his body and propped his hands together on his legs. He looked back at Tara who was still waiting for the man's words to explain. Tara's confused facial expression invited Bram to smile widely.

"I remember that Saturday. You nag on a motorcycle while crying on the side of the road just because you didn't manage to turn on your bike" Bram said.

Tara's eyes are getting wider. He did not expect the man beside him to have been present many times every time there was no one to rely on. Saturday afternoon when couples make love to each other, but not for him. Ndud, Tara's pet, successfully bites off her arm. Then the relationship broke down. No less sad, his motorbike jammed when he wanted to be turned on when he was on his way home from the clinic. It turns out that young man, Bram.

Bram was present unintentionally. Bram who helped her when life played a joke. Bram becomes the wingless angel for Tara. Tara did not see who helped her because the condition of her makeup was so sad and made her embarrassed just to raise her face. He did not expect that the young man who helped start the engine of the motorbike that afternoon was Bram.

"When you bring it to the workshop or your bike is too old, it needs to be replaced" added Bram.

"How much did you help me, Bram?" ask Tara in amazement.

"Hm?" Bram twisted his body until his entire body faced the girl. "If you want to add a portion, I can."

Tara still looked at Bram with great confusion. Bram did not realize since when his eyes could not be shifted to look at the two eyeballs. What Bram knew, he wanted to always be by the girl's side when the world flattered him also hit the girl down. He wants to always be there.
