"Hm. but I have to go after the bath" said the Sultan.
"Where?" ask Sarah to wonder.
"I want to go to the hospital" replied the Sultan flatly.
"May I come," Sarah said hoping.
"So you're sick, you want to?" ask Sultan.
"It's okay, as long as I'm close to you," Sarah said slowly, bowing her head.
"Oh yes already" said Sultan into his house and he went straight to his room.
The Sultan took a towel and immediately went into the bathroom.
When he finished, the Sultan came out.
"God! Why are you in my room?" sultan asked in shock, as he thought Sarah was waiting for him in the living room.
"I want to see your room" said Sarah.
"If so, can you come out for a while, I want to change clothes" said Sultan.
Sarah hugged him.
"Sultan, will you come back to me, I still love you," Sarah hugged the Sultan tightly.
The Sultan let go of Sarah's embrace. "Sarah, I told you, I don't love you anymore, I think of you as a friend, and that's it" said Sultan.
"Is there not even a shred of love in your heart? Why don't we start all over again" Sarah said.
"It's a pity that I've known you for your nature first" Sarah said.
Sarah was very sad and she came out of the Sultan's room.
The Sultan changed his clothes and he came out again and he was shocked that Sarah was still there.
"I'm coming with you to the hospital" Sarah said.
"Yes," said the Sultan who went straight to his car.
Sarah follows him and rushes to open the door of the Sultan's car and enters.
Sultan drove his car to the hospital, along the way they just fell silent, Sultan again lazy to talk.
Sultan stopped at a restaurant and parked it, Sarah was very happy because she thought if she brought him to eat here.

"Yes, we will eat in the hospital later" said Sultan.

They're heading back to the hospital.
After arriving at the hospital, the Sultan went down. "Let's go down" the Sultan and Sarah followed.
Sultan opened the door of the room, Sarah was very surprised to see a beautiful woman there while playing laptop.
"Let's go in" the Sultan asked and, walking slowly, Sarah entered the room.
"Who?" ask Qayla to the Sultan.
"Oh he's my college friend, also his friend Almarhumah Michela" explained the Sultan

"Qayla," said Qayla, introducing herself to her hand.
"Sarah" said Sarah shaking Qayla's hand.
"Who is the Sultan?" ask Sarah.
"Private secretary" replied Qayla looking at the Sultan.
"Oh just a secretary," said Sarah relieved.
The Sultan raised his eyebrows hearing Sarah's words.
"What's michela's mother sick?" ask Sarah to see Michela's mother's face.
"Depression" answered the Sultan.
"Surprisingly, he just lost his son, he must have been very hit by the incident, but now he is sound asleep, hopefully tomorrow morning he wakes up with a smile" said Sarah.
"Yes, hopefully," said Qayla nodding.
