Fay's stomach is getting distended at the age of 9. The doctor decided to take a cesarean section during Fay's delivery. Because there are health considerations Fay there.

Fay is scheduled to give birth today. So since morning Fay and James have been in the hospital. James and Jayden can't wait for the birth of a new member in their family.

After 1 hour in the operating room, Fay finally gave birth to her baby daughter safely and healthily.

James accompanies Fay in his labor process. James was moved and a little tearful as the baby was removed from Fay's stomach.

Fay has been moved to the treatment room and will be discharged from the hospital 3 days later.

James named her baby Karenina Azalea Andreev.

James is not tired of his boredom looking at his beautiful daughter. His ash-grey eyes were very similar to Fay's.

Fay looked at the scene with a happy heart.

"Honey.take it here.it's time for my baby to suckle" said Fay.

James took baby Karen with his heart and put her in Fay's hands.

Fay is no stranger to breastfeeding. She breastfed Jayden until she was almost 3 years old.

Baby Karen looks greedy suckling.

"It looks like this little girl is going to be my rival dear" whispered James.

Fay just smiled.

"Did Jayden also eat this first?", tantmya James.

"Hmm.Even she just stopped breastfeeding when she was almost 3 years old" Fay said softly by stroking her baby's tiny hands.

"I love you honey", James kissed Fay's forehead.

"I love you too", Fay replied, then kissed James on the lips.

Before long, Alex and his extended family came. Then Nik also came along with Jayden and a woman who Nik said was his assistant. James tells Nik to pick up Jayden at school.

"Is he your girlfriend Nik?", asked Sera.

"He's my assistant, his name is Xena" Nik replied briefly.

The beautiful woman threw a smile as Nik introduced her to her family and best friend.

"Be careful with him.he's a land crocodile", whispered Sera.

"Sera.I heard it", Nik protested.

Everyone laughed at what Sera and Nik said.

They one by one held a tiny and beautiful baby Karen. Iren was forced to carry her as well because she wanted to have a beautiful sister like Karen.

"Do we have to add one more dear?", asked Alex.

"I'll think about it" Sera said smilingly.

They also chatted casually until it did not feel late in the afternoon. And they finally came home. James escorts Jayden to the mansion. Uncle Peter will take care of him. While James will accompany Fay again in the hospital until Fay returns home.

5 Years later....

James and Fay are currently in Paris. They took Jayden and Karen there because they were on a school holiday.

"You happy, baby?", asked Fay to Karen who was holding the lollipop.

Karen nodded vigorously with her adorable smile.

Karen and Jayden ride all the rides and enjoy the game. They just came home when it was late at night.

James immediately brought his wife and children to dinner at the restaurant. After that they went back to the apartment. James has an apartment in Paris. Because he often goes to Paris for business trips.

Arriving at the apartment, Jayden and Karen cleaned her body and immediately fell asleep in their respective rooms because they were tired all day playing.

"Honey.they're asleep.it's my turn" James held Fay to bed.

Fay kissed James on the lips while he was still in James's arms.

"I love you James, I'm so happy living with you" said Fay.

"7 billion smiles and only your life pours in me. You have the prettiest smile in my eyes" said James.

James smiled charmingly and spent his hot night with Fay in bed.
