"Welcome, Daniel" said the 70-year-old man to the young man who had just come to him.

"Mr Handoko, why bother picking me up here?"

The old man smiled as he shook his head, "Daniel, have you forgotten what I said earlier?"

"I'm sorry, grandfather" replied Daniel.

"So much better, now come with me, I will meet you with someone" Yudi Handoko said.

Yudi Handoko then took Daniel away from the airport in a car that he had prepared, and he took Daniel to his family residence. Upon arrival, they were welcomed by all members of the Handoko family, but the greeting was not intended for Daniel, but Yudi Handoko.

"Alright, because you are all here, then we will directly discuss it" said Yudi Handoko, then they all headed to the family room.

Family room.

"Dad I disagree!" said Dewi, Yudi Handoko's eldest daughter.

Currently, all the members of the Handoko family are gathered in the family room, then, Yudi Handoko as the family leader, then conveyed his intention of gathering them all there, and then, and it has to do with the coming of Daniel.

Yudi Handoko intends to match her eldest granddaughter, Alisha with Daniel, but that means it was immediately rejected by Dewi, Handoko's eldest child and Alisha's biological mother. As for the other family members, they prefer to be quiet and will not talk before being allowed by Yudi Handoko.

"Reason?" ask Mr. Handoko.

"Dad, this young man is a young man whose origins are unclear, so how could I possibly be willing to match my daughter with him!" reply Goddess.

"Johan, what do you think?" asked Yudi Handoko to the man standing next to the Goddess.

"Hah" Johan let out a long sigh, "If you think this is the best choice, then I will follow your wishes" he replied.

"What's? Nah! I still disagree!" sahut Goddess.

"Already! Don't argue anymore, I know which one is best for my granddaughter!"

"Dad, I don't mean to be presumptuous, but how about we ask Alisha directly? Wouldn't the one to be betrothed was him?" said Dani, the second son of Mr. Handoko gave an opinion.

Mr. Handoko then set his eyes on his grandson who had been silent since, "Alisha, what do you think?"

"I believe in grandfather's choice" Alisha replied.

"Thank God, then we will have another two days engagement, invite all relatives and business partners" said Mr. Handoko, then left the room with Daniel.

Before actually leaving the room, Mr. Handoko paused his steps, then said, "Their wedding will be one more month."

Mr. Handoko's words suddenly made all family members shocked, especially Alisha and especially Dewi. Although very opposed to his father's wishes, but Dewi could not do anything, because he knew that his father was a very stubborn person, and if his wishes were not obeyed, he said, the consequences will be very bad for everyone.

"Mr Handoko, what is your decision not to rush too much? I've only met Alisha once and haven't gotten to know her yet, but you've decided to marry us" Daniel said.

"Didn't you like my granddaughter?" ask Mr. Handoko.

"That's my goal" said Mr. Handoko.

"Hah" Daniel let out a long sigh, "Alright, but let no one know about my identity."

"You take it easy, I promised to keep this a secret."

A month has passed, now, Daniel and Alisha have officially become a married couple. Although their wedding was held with a very grand event, but there was not the slightest happiness that emanated on the face of Alisha, especially the Goddess, in fact, throughout the event he did not smile in the slightest.

In the room.

"Daniel, for now I'm not ready to give myself to you completely, so I hope you can understand" Alisha said.

"Well, I can understand how you feel" Daniel said, then moved to the long sofa in the room, "I'll sleep here" he continued.

Because there was no response from Alisha, Daniel then laid his body on the sofa, then he closed his eyes and finally fell asleep because he was too tired.

After Daniel falls asleep, Alisha takes his cell phone and calls someone. When the phone connection is connected, Alisha speaks very slowly so as not to be heard by Daniel, but unfortunately, no matter how small Alisha's voice, Daniel can still hear it very clearly, he could even hear the voice of the man contacted by his wife.

From their conversation, Daniel learns that the man is Alisha's lover, he sounds very angry when Alisha says that she has married Daniel, not only that, but that, the man even threatens to finish Daniel off when he meets him later, he also warns Alisha not to serve Daniel, because all she deserves is herself.

"I'm really sorry and from now on, we're breaking up" Alisha said, then disconnected.

Daniel smiles happily at his wife's words, in fact, Daniel had thought that Alisha would prefer to be with his girlfriend, but what he thought turned out to be wrong, because Alisha much prefer to be with Daniel, because, although now he still could not accept Daniel completely.

Alisha wiped away her tears, then walked over to Daniel who was pretending to sleep on the sofa, "Daniel, you have to wait until I can really open my heart to you, and until the time comes, you know, I hope you're not disappointed in me" she said slowly, then returned to bed.

Although not able to accept Daniel completely, but that does not mean Alisha hates Daniel, even Alisha does not deny that now she has become Daniel's legitimate wife, only, just that, it took him a short time to open a new leaf and accept Daniel completely.

"Alisha, I don't know what love is, but if you want me to be patient, that's what I'm going to do" Daniel said.

Next day.

"Daniel, from today on, you will be attending Alisha's school" said Mr. Handoko.

"Okay, grandfather" Daniel replied.

"Alisha, do you mind if Daniel is with you?"

Alisha shook her head, "Of course not, grandfather. After all, he is my husband" Alisha replied.

"Good, after breakfast, you can go together. One more thing, use the car that grandfather has prepared for you" said Mr. Handoko.

"Okay, grandfather" the two replied in unison.

After breakfast, Daniel and Alisha say goodbye to the rest of the family, as they both have to leave for college, but when Daniel reaches out his hand to the Goddess, the woman threw away her face and left without saying a word.

"Here you go, you must leave now or you will be late" said Mr. Handoko.
