The Antagonist: The World Ends Theory
Chapter 76 - The Secret of Every Weapon

"Guah...!"

Jean with the rest of her energy recovers herself with magic. Although the wound had disappeared, it was inevitable that the pain was still very much felt.

The bow he was wearing was broken and he was forced to fight them with close combat, he borrowed Clara's sword.

But Jean was somewhat disadvantaged because the ability of the rose sword to absorb black magic could not be used in this situation. He should have been able to win if only the rose sword could have been brought together.

Or maybe only Clara was allowed to do that?

"I have to catch up with Miss."

Jean ignored the pain and pain all over her body. He got up and left the nine corpses he had killed in a fraudulent manner (Jean could magic).

"Miss must survive."

Jean could only hope and continue to hope.

He was indeed capable of using magic, but it seemed sluggish. Because Jean rarely uses active magic, so once used he has not been too mastered.

Coupled with the fact that the one he was fighting was nine elite soldiers, it was enough to overwhelm him. So, it took him a long time to finish it.

And here, instead of Jean underestimating Clara's unbeatable killing and fighting abilities, she was a weapon. But what Jean was worried about was the girl's carelessness that could have caused her to get hurt.

When that happens...

Jean shuddered as she imagined it.

Don't forget about the Clara incident that fell unconscious, what an antique elite item. Very difficult to find, but once found even in a fragile state, annoying.

With a stride, Jean continued to move down from the hill.

"Stay positive, Jean. They won't do anything - napa. I guess..."

...❀...

Jean was shocked when she saw a person in front of her who had been covered in blood. The girl full of blood was put on me by George who was clean from the stain, only her sword was covered with thick liquid.

George's gaze became blank, though his face was facing the unconscious Clara.

Then Jean looked around, where there were eight remaining soldiers who had been lying on the ground pitifully. They're dead. Jean ruthlessly thought of burying the eight of them by being trampled so that his body was embedded in the ground.

In the middle of the pile of dead bodies was a sword embedded, a sword full of blood belonging to George.

Jean knew that the cause of death of the eight elite soldiers was not Clara but George.

Why would he know?

Actually it's easy. Jean saw her miss's hollow body, while other than the stab wound there was no blood spot anywhere else. Unlike George who although his body is clean, but in his right hand there is a little spotting there.

This man was not a left-handed man, more importantly, he had now become a full-fledged weapon.

Jean stared bitterly at the two humans who were destined to become these weapons. His life in the past was unhappy, but now he is grateful for having a better life. But these two weapons...

Will a bright future come to them both?

For Jean once quoted a sentence from someone revered in the land of Ranunculus. He once said:

"The killer won't have a future."

It's painful, but it's the truth. Moreover, Jean is aware that the 'killer' in the sentence is in a more special scope and has its own meaning for the pronouncer.

George raised his head when he heard the sound of footsteps stopping in front of him. He was silent, because George had never met let alone know the man. But George knew if the man knew the girl on his lap.

"Who...you?" In a faint voice George asked.

"I'm Jean. Fellow Miss Scoleths, we're on a recycling abduction mission. Even if it's by Miss's own coercion 'sih..." Jean massaged her temples, feeling dizzy seven circumferences.

"Miss?" George furrowed his brows, turning his gaze at Clara's face. "So she's a 'Miss' in Hortensia...?"

George surprised.

"You mean you know how I feel about her?

Jean simply smiled in response to George's shock.

"Everyone likes it, including me."

George lowered his head again and briefly tidied up the haircut that was blocking Clara's face. She holds Clara and gives it to Jean, while she steps away.

"Master? Where are you going?!" Shouted Jean.

"Go."

"Ck! Even after everything Mr George did to Miss? Do you still not want to say it? That was very clear. Miss should have said something to you, right?!" Jean is so passionate - gebu.

He was upset, of course very upset. Indeed there is currently no action Clara useful. But in the silver palace, Clara did everything just so that this young man would not be lonely anymore. Also, Jean has contributed greatly to this mission. His actions need to be paid a fair price.

George stopped his steps.

"I'm just a garbage gun, nobody wants to take me for granted."

"Back to Freesia is not a good choice either! Stop being stubborn and don't make Miss sad because of you! I myself get annoyed when you are always labile in your thinking."

Very funny words. George had no intention of retaliating because everything was right. But remembering Clara's face that always seemed to be in her mind, she smiled at him as she said:

"Hey hey, I just came here to offer you breakfast."

Idiots... Inner George.

"Miss is hurt because of you." Urge Jean.

"Well, I'll be with you until the girl gets out of her sleep." George clucked in annoyance.

Hortensia is probably the best place for him.

"Hey? Need help?"

George and Jean are shocked by the arrival of a man with his horse. The man smashed a sweet smile. George did not dwell, while Jean returned his smile with a look of disdain.

"You're from here." Jean said it was unmitigated.

"Cih, milk water in the tubal water. Where's your gratitude for helping you, huh?! I was even willing to divulge the Freesia news to you-!"

Edmond fell silent and reflexively covered his mouth as he recalled that the young man beside Jean was a Freesia weapon. Unfortunately the weapon no longer cares about the North. He didn't care if this man told Freesia the secret, because he wasn't a loyal party to the kingdom either.

Seeing George's reaction, Edmond finally felt calm and there was nothing more to cover up. Then he saw the girl Jean picked up.

Could it be Clara? Inner Edmond.

Then Edmond also looked at George, he chuckled.

"The two of you are the same weapon, a soul mate can meet. I hope you don't become Meiger's rival then everything will be fine."

George was a bit offended.

A soul mate? Clara was deliberately coming to him and had a certain purpose, she even came with her lackey. And about rivals? What kind of fight they have become rivals.

"I cannot be a rival to an emperor. The order alone is not clear, suddenly even talking about rivals."

Well, that's what George said. Maybe it's true, or?
