Jian smiled when he saw Kirana's presence, the woman brought a paper bag and directly gave it to Jian.
"Is this a pretty doctor?" asked Jian with his innocent face.
"That's a gift for Jian." replied Kirana as she rubbed the little boy's head.

"Oh yes has Jian done the examination?" ask Kirana.
"There was a doctor and some nurses who came here to check on Jian" Sandra replied.
"Jian don't forget to take the medicine yes, the doctor can't stay here long so the doctor wants to leave."
Jian nodded his head. "Thank you for giving Jian this toy, beautiful doctor." said the little boy with a sweet smile.
Meishana and Kirana walked down the hospital hallway after seeing Jian in his room.
"You see, Jian is very funny" Meishana said

Meishana bowed her head, Kirana who saw him trying to comfort her best friend.

A girl named Nasya nodded her head. "The doctors here always order food to where I work" he replied with a smile that did not fade.
"True I see you often." saut Meishana.
The elevator door opened Kirana allowed the girl to enter the elevator and then followed by her and Meishana.
The elevator door opened again on the first floor, the three of them came out together from the elevator, the girl bent her body and said goodbye to Kirana and Meishana.
"A child of that age has to find a job, I feel so sorry for him" Meishana said, noting the girl's departure.
Kirana nodded her head approving of her best friend's words.

The clock has shown at five in the afternoon, Kirana is lazing in her room, there is also Vano and Meishana.
