Three days Marvin had gone through the day without interacting directly with Killa. Marvin chose to work late until coming home in the middle of the night when Killa was asleep. So even in the morning, when Marvin woke up Killa was no longer beside him. The girl has gone to work.

Marvin was silent digesting Naya's words. I don't know why he was worried. It's true that Killa doesn't like it and just feels scared. Because of his never-good attitude towards the girl.
Marvin brushed off the bad thoughts in his head. He believes that Killa really loves him. Even though Naya's words have a point.
