Liang sat down lethargicly staring at a woman who was still closing her eyes. That woman was Jia Li.

Jia is like a sleeping princess who must be awakened by the prince's kiss. However, Liang could not wake the princess even if he kissed her any number of times.

Liang was very sorry why he did not act faster, if he was faster then the wound on Jia's body would not be this severe.

That night Liang did not attend the dinner, he had to ask the Empress and Queen Mother for help to replace him with the reason of illness.

This incident no one should know other than his Family including the Empress and the perpetrator.

Liang's daydream was interrupted when Prince Jing entered to report.

"Sister, I've got information from both of those people. They were from one of the bandit groups and said they were paid by a woman in a red headscarf" Jing reported

"Bandits?"

"Yes, they're mountain bandits, but the two men have been dumped by his group and become mercenaries"

"Then the woman?"

"They didn't recognize her, the woman closed her identity tightly but they smelled the fragrance of a perfume mixed with herbs" Jing explained.

Liang closed his eyes tightly, he twisted his brain.

"Then the bandits did you sort it out?" Ask Liang.

"They're dog food" Jing replied.

"Sister, I think this action is the action of an emotionally charged person" Jing said.

Liang agreed with the words of his sister, ranging from paying people, his planning and actions were all not neat.

"This is not the action of the Prime Minister or any other Minister" Liang said.

"Cheng and Huan, haven't they returned yet?" Liang asked, as Liang sent them to investigate the two people.

"No, I think they went to the bandit's place" Jing replied.

"Sister I will investigate the woman immediately" said Jing, who was approved by Liang.

Jia nodded and returned to her body with Liang's help. He could clearly see the cut on his arm and some wounds on his body.

"Tabib has given you medicine" Liang said as he watched Jia watch his wound.

"But it will be broken" Reply Jia.

Liang was silent in response.

"Your Majesty, the servant's duty is done, isn't it? Then let the servant come out immediately. We can use the excuse of being kidnapped and the servant will leave this city" Lirih Jia.

Liang gasped in surprise, he looked at those black eyes that were highlighting seriousness.
