Ray decides to be alone in his study while Rara is still where she cries.

Leo put Rara to sleep in the back seat and then she came in, it turns out Ray also entered.

"The condition is critical so it should be immediately surgically removed but the chances are small for both to survive" said the doctor

Ray took a step back

"No, it's impossible. Do your best, I beg you," asked Ray in tears.
