The Birth Of The Angel

The Birth Of The Angel
Olympus Palace

Aster spent his days at Olympus, as usual. Even while on leave in still getting a class to study. Really don't get a vacation. It is better that he take a vacation not to run errands while on earth. That's more exciting than here.

"I've been here half a month, that means half a day on earth right? Is Eros trying to call me? What is he doing. Ah I thought of Eros again," said Aster.

After his class ended Aster went to the library as usual, he saw the books here routinely changed so that Aster always had new books to read. Even so he never felt bored to read books, ranging from open the story of the Goddess God to textbooks he also read in his spare time.

Aster read the book until the sky began to wipe, Aster looked out the window. The sky is a bright dark blue with no stars or moons. Very different from Earth. Aster then closed the window and put the book read on the highest shelf, because the shelf was a little high Aster difficulty until the book fell out of his grasp.

Aster leaned over to pick up his book, but the mirror light bouncing off his eyes made him feel glare. Aster turned his face away, just then he saw a sparkling black dot as it was hit by the mirror reflection. The curious aster took the lantern and saw what the black dot was.

Once in a good look it was a very small button, even after all these years Aster was in this place he was unaware. With her curiosity, Aster pressed the button hoping it could still work.

Then the floor below him like a move made Aster reflex jump in the other direction. Aster saw 1 floor box that he had stepped open and inside there was a mysterious box.

Aster picked up the box but earlier he locked the library so that no one would come in and immediately turned on the candle in the library. Aster thought the night would come out so he didn't want to light up the room.

Aster then opens a box that is not at all in the lock and does not have a keyhole. He saw that there were 1 book inside. The book looks very outdated but fortunately in good condition. Only the outside is bad.

Aster saw the book written in ancient Greek, he was grateful to have learned Greek and his writings. Because now it is rare to use, even the Gods of Goddesses prefer to write with writing used by humans.

Aster read word for word in the book, though it was a little difficult because he had to translate it first. What is known for certain is that the book belonged to the son of Goddess Aphrodite and Lord Ares. Cupid or Cupido? That's his nickname.

It is written below that Cupid fell in love with the humans with Psyche, butu because of their differences so far between Gods and Humans they were separated. Cupid, who feels unable to live without Psyche, chooses the end that unites them, so Psyche chooses to leave the world where their love is not appreciated. Here Cupid writes that he will go with his love and will never forget Psyche.

Unknowingly Aster cried reading the book, remembering that the difference between Eros and his self was also very far away. Can he add human love? Is there no road?

Aster shook his head and wiped his tears, he put the box and the book back on. Aster then convinces himself that the feeling will not be eternal, better Aster turn it like running water. Not necessarily Eros loves her, right? They were only too close if they had to think ahead.

On the road until you don't know how to stop? That is something that is always said by couples who are different from various sides.

...***...

Aster felt arrogant when Steven explained to him, he was in the law as well to be more excited and not discouraged by failure. But to think it was true, Aster felt the punishment of staying on Earth was like a gift to him. So because of the incident, Aster was only given the same task as beginners in general.

He stepped cheerfully and wanted to say goodbye to the Goddess Aphrodite before leaving. When Aster here they also rarely talk like before, it can be said before Aster to Earth they are very close. But somehow Aster felt Aphrodite was staying away from him.

When he wanted to knock on the door of Aphrodite's room said a man who gave his name stopping Aster.

"Asterhea is one of the creations that in the line down to our descendants. Just like any other descendant, you always thought of him as your own son, so why are you acting so hostile now?" asked Zeus father of Aphrodite.

"When she was little, she was so sweet, that she grew up I didn't know I was keeping thorny plants that would stab me in the future. Dad saw her growing very beautiful, even though her Goddess aura was eliminated man still felt she was a Goddess. Sooner or later she will take my position, before which I was the most beautiful and admired. But since he was an adult all the attention was on him" said Aphrodite.

"Stop the childishness of Aphrodite" said Zeus.

"I'm not into a child Daddy forgot the birthmark he had, the most perfect offspring. Even from another God Goddess does not have such offspring, I think if it is good to her she will also be good. But somehow it feels like everything I have will be forcibly taken by him. I'm the only one who can be admired and he can't" said Aphrodite stubbornly.

"Nobody knows what she was born for, and she always obeyed. She was a polite girl who seemed to know thank you. She won't do that to you, the Goddess of beauty will still be you. And Aster will only remain the Aster we know," Zeus said.

"Even though there is no Aster has also taken care of father. I used to think about my happiness, but now I'm just defending the child, not even your grandchild" Aphrodite said angrily and left Zeus alone.

Aster who found out immediately hid away and left where the portal room was.

She was disappointed that the person she thought was the mother had made her an enemy, why would a Goddess have the envious nature that Devils have? It doesn't make any sense.

Aster saw the portal was already open for him, he smiled for a moment. At least on Earth there is happiness to be picked up. Not like in this magnificent palace. The new Aster feels like a prison, no warmth, no love or affection.

Note: In the original story of Cupid and Psyche is happy really, they can unite all the differences that exist this is just a need for a story. And this is also mythology not official history so there is no element of changing history huh.
