“if you really want to make up for all your mistakes, you meet me at lunchtime in a normal place.!” said Dion who did feel that he did not need team members Rudi to solve the problem because the fewer people involved then the possibility of success will be even greater and clearly Dion realized it.

However, Rudi is aware that he is the leader of the team and thus, it means that he has the biggest responsibility here, not the others. Thus too, Rudi should be able to carry out what Dion would command later and without asking anyone for help because this is his responsibility, not another.

“Good, Sir, I will see you at lunchtime.” said Rudi who responded to what Dion had said.

"You can go out" said Dion, telling Rudi to leave the room.

Rudi immediately nodded and left Dion's room.
