Adam is confused as to how to kill Astrela. Just getting close to Astrela couldn't be how he had to kill Astrela. Adam went looking for Sarah.

' sarah' call Adam

'What is this?' ask Adam to the police

the police finally determined the gigolo was the suspect. Because all the evidence points to the gigolo. It's actually not accurate. Because Adam didn't let his wife get autopsied. And the gigolo family also don't want their son's corpse in surgery.
