Chapter 13 [Tortoise Cave]

"Is this the place? If you look at the map, this cave is the fastest way to the lake." Azura then circulated her gaze looking for something that might give her a clue.

Azura then saw a painting on the ceiling of the cave. The man squinted his eyes trying to clearly see the painting up there.

"What is a turtle? Why is the picture a little weird." Azura immediately left because she was tired of thinking about the picture of the strange turtle.

Azura went deeper and deeper, the sunlight almost disappeared due to the dark cave. A shining plant caught Azura's attention, the man approached to look at the vines. The golden light dazzled Azura's eyes as she touched the plant.

"Eh, where's that plant going? Something is strange about my vision. All of a sudden it looks very clear, different from before." Azura did not find the existence of the plant.

"Of course, maybe that was just my imagination. I'd better get on my way, where are the glowing plants in this dark cave?" Azura.

During the trip Azura continued to look at the painting of the strange turtle, the man then sat on one of the stones while feeling exhausted. This cave feels longer than the image on the map.

"Hufftt, this is exhausting. Eh why the stone suddenly shook," Azura said and finally fell as the stone moved.

Some other stones also shook and made Azura startled when all the stones were strange turtles that were in the painting on the cave wall. Azura retreated slowly as the turtles stared in anger. The turtles then started chasing Azura who was running.

"Are they really turtles? The run is very fast in contrast to turtles in general." All the turtles kept trying to bite Azura's ass.

"What's my fault with you guys? Don't eat my ass, I won't be able to sit anymore!!" Azura said while avoiding the bite from the turtle.

How dare you vampire steal the sacred plant of the turtle tribe! We'll give you a tough law!

"Who is talking?" Azura said when she heard someone talking.

I am the leader of the turtle tribe! How dare you a vampire steal our sacred plant!

Azura then accidentally stumbled which made her have to be caught by the turtle. They then took Azura to a lake that glowed, the light looked beautiful and made the man peck for a moment. Azura who was still bound looked around and found the turtles beginning to prostrate.

"Eh, what's wrong with them?" Azura.

The tortoises took out an object and threw it together into the lake until several large sharks appeared. They raise Azura and intend to throw her into the shark-infested lake.

"Yakk! What are you guys doing? What do you want? Yakkk." Azura tried to rebel with both legs and hands tied.

"I ask you again where is the sacred plant?" The words of a turtle are quite small in size but have a golden shell.

"I didn't take any plants!" Azura said in an annoyed tone.

"Don't waste this stupid vampire!" His word.

"God! Why are these sharks so big! Yakk, I really didn't steal anything!" Azura continued to shout and rebel.

"Wait on! Don't you want that plant? If you kill me how are you going to get back that plant, is it worthless at all?" Azura said as she gulped her saliva looking at the starving sharks.

"Needle too" said the little turtle then took something and threw it into the lake.

Azura let out a sigh of relief but the turtle instead smiled cunningly as if something bad was going to happen to Azura.

"Throw him now!" Said the little turtle and managed to make Azura glare in shock at him.

"WHAT?!!"

Azura's body entered the lake and began to be surrounded by ferocious sharks earlier. Azura tries to get to the surface but one of the sharks bites her leg and pulls her back into the lake. Next to the man's feet began kicking the shark that bit him but nothing changed, its strength like it was not functioning in this lake.

Azura is out of breath and must fight with the four sharks to stay alive. The vines appeared and wrapped around the four sharks, the shark's body disappeared without a trace and a flower appeared on the vines. Azura touched the plant and suddenly just wrapped around her hand and brought it out from inside the lake.

"What's this about? Why do vines help her?" Said one of the turtles there.

The vines then touched Azura's forehead and made a glowing engraving appear. The turtles seemed to tremble at the sight of the carving, slowly kneeling down and worshipping Azura. The carving on Azura's forehead had disappeared along with the man returning to the mainland.

"The savior." The cry continued to repeat itself and Azura could only fall silent to digest this incident.

Azura put on a suspicious face looking at the change in attitude of the turtle. They kept calling him the savior. The man was worried that something would happen to him this time.

"Ah... It's almost night I have to go," Azura said a few steps back.

"Where do you want to go? At the end of this cave is a valley of demons, very dangerous if you go out at night." Azura remained backward he would rather go there than have to be here and be their game material.

"No need to worry, I just want to go to the diamond lake."

"Lake diamonds? Didn't you just walk into the diamond lake?" Ran-ran.

"What's? I never went in there? Just look at it never before" Azura said.

"The lake behind you is a diamond lake" Ran-ran said, pointing at the lake behind Azura.

"What's? But not on the map."

"Try the map back and blow it, it looks like you misread the map. The lake behind this cliff is an ice lake and the lake behind you is a diamond lake" Ran-ran said as he sat cross-legged on the ground.

"really? It turned out that was the case, so I had to read this inverted sentence with great difficulty earlier. Hufftt," Azura said as she sat opposite the turtle.

"There's no need to be sad because of that, you're lucky to meet us otherwise you might have been cold to death by getting into that ice pool." Ran-ran then gives Azura a tree branch.

"What'sthis? Why give me a tree branch?" Azura asked while looking at the tree branch in her hand.

"That's the key so you can get into that lake and this is your book, right?" Ran-ran.

"Thank you, alright since I made it to the diamond lake. Can I practice in this pool?" Azura said and immediately got a nod from Ran-ran.

"Practicing in a diamond lake is very effective, it only took me two hours to learn this book. My inner power also began to increase rapidly, truly a diamond lake." Azura continued to praise the lake until one idea to test her ability was dashed.

"Do I try on that stone." Azura then drained her inner energy and concentrated it on her fist.

The man prepared to throw a punch at the giant rock. Azura purposely used thirty percent of her power. The giant stone and the small stone around it were shattered and turned into ashes. Now that there is a pile of sand there, Ran-ran suddenly comes while listening to a loud enough sound.

"I'm sorry, I just wanted to test my skills. But instead of making all the stones become ashes," Azura said when she saw Ran-ran who had a shocked face.

"How could you be at the General level within an hour?! You are truly a genius" Ran-ran said.

"Ah? General Level?" Azura looked confused.

"Hurry to eat this and do your first hermitage" said Ran-ran and put two kinds of plants in Azura's mouth.

Azura choked as a result of the plants that entered her stomach without being chewed first. The man then looked at Ran-ran with an annoyed and occasionally cursing face.

"Yakk, you want me to choke to death huh? What you put in my mouth, why it feels wry and smelly." Azura still felt a wryness on her tongue that came into contact with the leaves of the plant earlier.

"Plant fart," said Ran-ran and made Azura almost vomit.
