CHAPTER 23

"No way !!"

Max, who was sitting in his seat of greatness, he could not believe it after getting a report from one of his men, if two of his men who brought the geeky man earlier, had been killed.

Even more surprising, the car they were riding in exploded and caught fire. Max didn't think his men could be killed so young.

What made him even more incredulous, in the car there were only two bodies of his men who had been burned. Though all his men are not easily lost or killed while carrying out dangerous tasks.

Just running errands, escorting a geeky man and killing him. Tap, what report did Max get ? Both of his men are dead. Inside the mobik, just the two of them, there were no more corpses.

There is a possibility, if the murder that befell his two men is a geeky man he met a few hours ago.

"Roy !!" Max yelled out to his assistant.

Roy approached him. "Good sir."

Max breathed. "I don't really want to believe it, but the name might kill that geeky kid."

"I didn't believe you at first either." said Roy.

"But how do you know that that geeky guy is that crazy killer ?" ask Max.

Roy replied. "I only suspect places that are prone to criminals. Due to the previous murder cases, all the victims died in that place. I searched the place and hid, and I finally saw this geeky man killing criminals."

Max chuckles. "Does he want to be an opponent ? Criminals he killed. That's against the law."

"And one more sir. After he killed his victims in an unusual way, I saw clearly he took all his victims' money."

Max smile. "He's not far from us. Our group is indeed the feared, justifying all means to earn money."

"Will he ? He committed the murder of criminals and took the money. Isn't that the same, he made a mistake." he continued.

Roy does not become, he is only a loyal listener of his master.

Max is back. "Anyways this geeky kid should be my member. His extraordinary ability and innocence, it must have been his trademark to lure criminals into being deceived by him."

Elsewhere.

Inside the house, Jonathan chooses not to go to college. It's possible Max and his men will be looking for him.

Right now Jonathan is sitting and screwing his coffee. Then he put his cup back on the table. Jonathan held his chin.

As if he was thinking. A way for agarax and his men not to look for him. Traffic appeared inside his head.

"I think I should make the boy kneel to me."

A few days later..

Laura and her two friends were at the cafe. Their school hours are over. They chose not to go home.

Hearing the splashy news earlier on campus, the three of them were no strangers in their ears.

"News of another murder" Sarah said as she looked at her two friends.

"What is this" said Nita hanging as Laura stared intently at him.

Sarah breathed her breath. "Laura, now it's up to you. Nita and I can already guess that this murder news has something to do with your childhood friend."

"You must know, some days Jonathan wasn't seen on campus" Sarah said.

Laura answered as well. "Jonathan is a murderer, I want to meet him, and talk to him. I want to know why she is."

Sarah and Nita give up on Laura's will. The two of them had already told him many times not to deal anymore with Jonathan.

And Sarah and Nita, they don't want anything to do with Jonathan. Maybe there's been a lot of murder news they've heard.

But if there's news of a senseless murder, and there's no trace of the killer. Sarah and Nita and Laura can already guess who is behind the murder.

Sarah and Nita, they really don't want anything to do with Jonathan. Although they knew Jonathan was the culprit, the police must have said Jonathan had nothing to do with the murder.

Sarah and Nita are affected because they have defamed the good name of others. Jonathan is the real culprit. His Psychopathic side, covered by his geeky appearance.

Sarah and Nita refocused on their food. Suddenly Riki and his two friends came. The three of them joined Laura's table and her two friends.

"Hey, why are we at the same gathering ?" sarah said on the sidelines of her meal, she did not like the presence of Riki and his two men.

"Yes, we just want to be close to you" replied Ciko.

"You're following us ?" ask Sarah sarcastically.

"Not really, it's a coincidence, if we really want to go to this cafe" replied Ciko casually.

It's been a long time since Erik and Sandi died. Riki, Ciko, and Angga chose to keep moving forward, and did not want to get caught up in grief.

Sarah rolled her eyes, as if she was lazy. Indeed, in fact, he was really lazy when he met Riki and his two friends.

Nita chose to focus on her food, she ignored Angga who was inviting her to speak.

While Riki, he continued to watch Laura who was eating meatballs. "If you eat again, be more beautiful."

"Well, don't hear it." Laura didn't answer, Sarah answered.

After getting out of the cafe, they immediately approached Sarah's car parked in the cafe yard. They get in the car, Sarah starts the engine, and runs it.

Sarah drove her car at standard speed. While enjoying their way home, suddenly a black car stopped in front of them.

Sarah felt her path was blocked from accepting. As he was about to get off, from the car that blocked his way, four people dressed in black came out.

The four men forced open Sarah's car door. One of them, force Laura, Sarah, and Nita to get out of the car.

The three of them were made to faint after being smothered using anesthesia. The four revolted, but the power of the three of them was not 'big.

The four men took and put the three girls in their car. They all left immediately, leaving the place, while it was safe and only a few witnesses saw their action.
