Chapter 44 - Punishment For Elena

Unlike the usual day, in every day the distribution of reports Elena always picked up her mother. Rika is waiting in the car. His face looked pouted. Clearly Rika has figured out how Elena's value develops.

With her head bowed in doubt, Elena walked towards the car. From a distance there were two guys staring intently at him. First up is Rendi, the guy who's been liking Elena for a long time. He felt even more uneasy because he was the one who took the first champion from Elena.

Elena got in the car. He sat down next to Rika who happened to be in the steering chair.

Silence enveloped the atmosphere. Rika was angry, while Elena was afraid.

"Try telling. Is something bothering you this semester?" timpal Rica.

Elena shook her head. "No. I-I always go through the tutoring and study hard as usual" he replied.

"Don't lie! There's no way that there's something that's making your mind go!" Rika hit the steering wheel hard. Until Elena was made to be shocked by him.

"Really, Mah... I have continued to study hard. What's wrong with winning third place? Isn't that still good?" Elena. He was trying to express an opinion that he thought was right.

"You have the courage to fight! Do you want your future to be bright or not?! If your grades are good, you can be anything, El! You hear that? So anything!" omel Rica. She held onto Elena's face paying attention to the princess's look. She realized that Elena was wearing make up. "But, Mah!" Elena tried to stop. But he could not come out crying. Elena could only open the car window. There he could see Vino and his friends facing Rika.

"The casino! You remember me, right?" greet Rica friendly.

Vino's pupils dilated. He knows Rika very well. "Of course, Auntie. I remember," he responded as he glanced at Elena. He could see the face of the girl. Iyan and Andi could also see the unusual sighting.

"Mah! I'm not close at all to Vino!" exclaim Elena. But ignored by his mother.

Because Vino was staring, Elena closed the window until her face was invisible. He left the glass slightly open so he could eavesdrop.

"I just wanted to ask you something about Elena. Was she ever at school close to a boy?" ask Rika. He was obviously asking the wrong person. Rika considers Vino a good boy. At least that was what he knew when he saw how kind the Adhitama family was to many people.

Hearing Rika's question, Iyan and Andi reflex exchanged glances. Both try to hold back the laughter. Because Rika shouldn't have asked Vino that.

"It doesn't exist, Auntie. I know Elena is an exemplary student. He always studied and spent a lot of time in the library. Especially during the second break" explained Vino.

Unknowingly Elena smiled at hearing that. Because Vino knows very well that he always goes to the library when the second break. But it did not last long, because Elena did not want to be tempted by Vino again.

"Banget, Aunt. If you do not believe, Aunt can ask students at this school. Aye?" Vino asked for opinions from Iyan and Andi to strengthen his statement.

"That's right, Auntie," said Iyan who was immediately nudged by Andi.

Rika can't dodge it. He just nodded.

"Yes already then. Aunt go home first. You guys want to come with Auntie's car?" tawar Rica.

"Not to, Aunt. I'm using my own car." Vino refused carefully. He's very smart to act like a good guy in the eyes of older people.

"Ah, just deserve it." Rika immediately left with her car.

Vino looked at Rika's car departure. That's when Rendi approached.

"From the beginning I shouldn't have told Elena to be the same person as you. The value dropped dramatically because the temenan is the same lo," said Rendi. Then just leave.

Vino flabbergasted. He wanted to fight, but Rendi had already left by bus. Vino could only growl.

When she arrives home, Elena must confront Alan. He's getting scolding again. No matter how hard Elena defended herself, she was still blamed. The girl can only cry.

"Because your ratings are down, this holiday you're sentenced to stay with Aunt Winda!" firmly Alan.

"Auntie Winda? Doesn't he live in an orphanage?" elena asked in the middle of her crying.

"Yes. Why why?" sahut Alan's. "Can you stop crying? Nothing to cry about!" snarl.

"It's precisely because Aunt Winda lives in an orphanage that interests us. Me and your Papah are planning to send you there for the holidays. Especially when your grades drop dramatically. We hope you can reflect there," Rika said.

"Go to the room. Get ready in the morning!" Alan's orders.

"But, Pah..." Elena tried to negotiate. But his parents' decision was unanimous.

Elena could not argue. The next day she was actually delivered to the orphanage where her aunt lived. Elena will spend time there until the holidays are over.

Rika and Alan are standing in front of the house. Both of them let Elena go.

"Last night I checked the surveillance cameras in Elena's room. I saw at some time he deliberately covered the camera with something" Rika chirped.

"Maybe he changed his clothes." Alan thought positively.

"I hope so. If he does something bad, I hope the orphanage environment can make him learn about life," Rika said, sighing.

Alan embraces Rika's hips. "Elena's a good boy. We're just trying to make it better" he said with confidence.

On the other hand, Vino was lying on his back in the room. He could not stop thinking about Elena. Especially when she caught the girl crying.

"Did it really go down because of me?" vino Gumam. He took a cell phone and looked at Elena's contacts.

Guilt makes Vino's anxiety level increase. Without a second thought, he contacted Elena. But not a single call was raised.

Vino ends up slamming the phone when it gets no response from Elena. As a result he had no choice but to go to Elena's house. As usual, Vino came by way of sneaking into the room. Unfortunately, he still did not find Elena.

Vino waited all night. Since Elena had not come, she now concluded that the girl she was looking for had gone somewhere.

"Where is he?!" Vino ruffled his hair. He's been looking for Elena everywhere. But can't get. Like finding a needle in a haystack.
