16.16: The End

Nick, Jay, Billy and the others soon arrive at a royal-like building in the middle of a forest called Valley Ark.

" This is the place. " Nick looked around, he nodded. Tell the others that this is really the place where Carmen is.

" Let's go in. "

They all opened the doors of the kingdom and walked in. The kingdom is completely deserted. There is no activity inside.

They are now in a long and wide hallway. The hallway connects the rooms on the right and left. They all looked around, just in case something was suspicious.

[" This is the place? " ] Howie said in astonishment. He looked at Billy and Nick who were nodding confidently.

[" Carmen's in the basement. We have to quickly find it. "] Billy and Nick said at the same time.

[ "Then let's split up. It'll be hard to find where Carmen is if we're together. "] Aaron's proposal is preparing to split up, but it's stopped by Jay.

[ "We need to be together, Ar. What if something happens to one of us? It's better we're together. "] Jay said and responded with a soft nod from Aaron.

Kevin held the mysterious door. He closed his eyes, and a black lump immediately emerged from Kevin's hand and entered the door through the opening.

The door opened, they all went down slowly. If Nick and Billy had told you that Carmen was in the basement, Randall would have been there. Just be prepared with an impromptu attack from him.

" Fuck you!! " Randall immediately teleported to Carmen's back. The men tried to protect Carmen.

" Bloodark, Swords. "

Randall immediately slammed away from Carmen. Carmen walked over to the injured Randall.

" Sorry Randall. But I won't let you hurt my friends. "

Randall stood up, got up. He looked at Carmen, he pointed his hand. Makes Carmen flutter all of a sudden.

" CARMAN!! "

" You think you escaped, Carmen? You're already half in my control. So, why don't you just kill your friends? "

Carmen stood facing all her friends. He was ready to attack again.

Instantly all the light that was there instantly turned into thousands of needles that directly attacked the men.

" Carmen!! Control your power! " calling Nick immediately appeared behind Randall and fought him.

" You can't control it! " excited Randall who is now fighting with Nick.

" You can Carmen! Control your power! You can do it! " call Brian and the others.

Carmen shouted hysterically, her hands directly holding her head. He lowered his head, making Carmen's attack a failure. And the red-coated book instantly turned into dark energy.

[" That's the original book! " ] exclaimed Billy, he stared at the original red-coated book, it was on the side of the room.

[" Got it! " ]

Leo and Jay immediately picked up the original red-coated book. They lifted the book high.

Carmen, who had been holding her head and screaming hysterically, was now looking around in confusion.

" Ukh, my head hurts." said Carmen who was conscious, she looked around.

" Dammit!! "

Randall immediately stood under the moonlight that slowly returned red. He held his sword tightly.

" There's no other way. "

Nick, Carmen, Jay and the others instantly prepare to protect each other. They prepared with their weapons and strength.

" Devilark, Blood Moon!! "

The entire room instantly turned blood red. All the energy was sucked into Randall. Making Nick and the others slowly weaken.

" You! " Carmen stared worriedly at her weakened companions.

Carmen immediately grabbed Nick's sword, grasping it tightly. Carmen's energy instantly became large, her brown irises now turning blue.

" Victoria? "

Randall looked at Carmen who was standing next to Nick and the others. She saw Victoria's shadow in Carmen.

Carmen disappeared, and teleported to Randall's right. He disappeared again, then appeared again. Carmen appears behind Randall and stabs Randall with a sword.

" Akhh.. " Randall held onto her bleeding body, she was now trembling.

" I don't want to do this, Randall. But, if you hurt my friends, then I'll hurt you too" Carmen said.

Randall chuckled, looking at Carmen. His face grew even paler, slowly his body parts crumbled into dust.

" Some day, I'll come again, Carmen. "

" If you come again, we'll kill you again. "

Randall has now turned to dust completely. The moon is white again. The entire Devilark and Demonark who were subordinates of Randall also turned into dust.

Carmen instantly used her red-bound book, she instantly used her teleportation ability and brought everything back to the forest near Moonrise Academy.

" You guys okay? "

Nick and the others smiled and immediately hugged Carmen. To surprise the woman, not to play.

" Yeah, we're fine. Thank you for saving us, Carmen. "

Carmen used her ability to heal them, she directly hit them all slowly.

Everyone smiled, Nick remembered, opened Julian's backpack and gave him the five crystals Carmen asked for.
