Foosha Village (literally meaning "Windmill Village") is a village located on Dawn Island and is part of the Goa Kingdom. It is the first setting of the Romance Dawn Arc, and where the story of One Piece begins.

at the time makino took the mop, the bandit was offended by Shanks' behavior that ignored the bandit's talk.

shanks' crew laughed at him, while Luffy was upset over the shanks's act of silence when he was insulted by the bandit...whereas I could only quietly sigh in a moment that the mountain bandits would die by the sea monsters
"it's not cool to know at all! why don't you strike back!? not so manly are you like that?!" luffy said he was upset with Shanks
"Luffy I understand your feelings, but he just spilled sake on me. It's not a big deal right" Shanks told the upset Luffy
because Luffy was furious he finally wanted to leave the makino bar.but Shanks held Luffy's hand intending to stop him.
"let's wait for Luffy" Shanks said
"that's enough I'll catch your weak nature!" luffy said heedless of Shanks' words and continued down the road without him noticing his hand extending.
"your hands are elongated!" shanks was shocked
