The old man stood in front of Seva and bowed slightly to greet Seva, knowing that Seva was the new leader of the Original City.

"Greetings to Mr. Seva Adelray, I'm Sebastian Vettel, I speak like this to represent those who obviously don't like a political-based government, where those in power can do anything, even though this place is quite comfortable in my opinion," he said again politely.

Everyone nodded their heads, they all agreed with Sebastian's words, be it who hated Seva or who supported him.

Seva smiles. "Isn't what we do here the same? You in power can be free to do anything, while those who are your accomplices, when they get into trouble, do you care about him, Sebastian?"

Sebastian scrunched his forehead. "That's because of our superior status and bring it...."

"Right, since you're superiors and they're subordinates, that's why they don't have the right to fight, is that what you mean?" asked Seva with a grin.

"Well how different are you from the political people you mean? Everything is the same, which distinguishes you can not be touched in the slightest by your subordinates, but politicians can be touched if the subordinates are already darkened eyes! That proves that the system we have is the same, doesn't it?" he continued in a cold voice.

Sebastian was stunned, he was speechless when he heard Seva's words. Everyone who was there was also stunned to hear that.

The answer is because I've been trampled under people like you and do you know what it's like? Ask each of your subordinates, have them answer honestly! I'm sure they'll all agree to my new rules!" he shouted without covering up the truth about his past.

Sebastian is clearly confused by the meaning of Seva, because he thinks Seva is not from the bottom.

"How are you going to support this plan, or are you going to oppose it?" ask Seva to everyone there.

Sebastian smile. "Mr Adelray, even though I am from South Land, I will support you, give me a place to help you" he said.

"I will support you too!" yell at one of the guys.

They then put aside to support the new regulation, because they think it is not too bad either.

Seva smiled meaningfully. Arlot was stunned in his place, because his master was able to take the hearts of most of them, he never expected that it was his boss's goal when it came to the Bar.

Seva turned to the people who were at the table with him. "Hows it? Do you still doubt me?" tanyanya.

"Sorry Mr. Adelray, I realize I made a mistake, allow me to join" said the man who kicked the table.

"We too" his friends agreed.

Seva puts on a smile. "Continue drinking! We celebrate the beginning of this change!" exclaim the man with spirit.

Everyone raised their glasses and toasted, after Seva finished speaking, DJ turned the music back on, they all had fun there again.

Seva was also dissolved in pleasure as well, not knowing how many bottles of wine and other alcoholic beverages entered the man's stomach, but he did not get drunk as well.

His strong physique made Seva resistant to alcohol, he wanted to drink as much as anything, his physique would automatically absorb all the alcohol that entered his body, so instead of being drunk, he said, Seva went back and forth to the bathroom several times.

Seva sighed. "This is why anyway? Wherever I was playing there, they just accompanied me for a drink," he replied as he passed to the room in annoyance.

"Darling, I just don't want you to play with just any woman," Luci embraced Seva spoiled, for fear that the man was angry.

"I know I'm Luci's stupid, but you can't go after a question like that" he replied, letting go of Luci's embrace.

"I want to rest, don't bother me!" keep firmly.

Helen and Luci were stunned on the stairs, they could only see Seva leaving the two of them just like that with an angry expression.
