The Dusk Boundary
Eps. 16(past Rossy)

"Where are you going?" ask mama Rossy.

"Pick up my son! where Again?" papa Sigit passed. Mama Rossy followed her husband.

"Follow!"mama Rossi took a few change of clothes and put them in a suitcase

"You want to move?" papa Sigit was astonished to see his wife carrying a suitcase all over. Mama Rossi just smiled.

With anxiety papa Sigit drove his car to his hometown. His birthplace that he had left ten years ago without ever coming there again. Though in the village papa Sigit left his old mother.

The journey to the village is not so smooth. Many times papa Sigit was forced to stop because his car broke down, even broke a tire. So that makes papa Sigit and his wife more agitated.

"You feel weird, don't you, if our journey has many obstacles? this is why I refuse to go home. Something must have happened!" gerutu papa Sigit's.

"Do you always experience this when you go home?" mama Rossi asked.

"Yes. from the beginning! That's why I took you to the city, but you didn't want to. It's nice to live there when you're not there. Now I know you're at home there to see Agus, right?" the papa Sigit.

"Where is there? there is still your mother there. I feel sorry for leaving him alone. And proven, right? After we live in the city you rarely see him, not even a phone call!" Mama Rossi was not thinking about her husband. Because before leaving his mother, papa Sigit never promised to visit his mother often. But truth?

"I never called. I used to leave my phone with my mother before leaving, but when contacted never connected." replied papa Sigit.

Some time after moving to the city, papa Sigit can still communicate with his mother through a cell phone that papa Sigit bought for Sari's grandmother. But for some time Grandma Sari was no longer able to be contacted. Papa Sigit did not know the reason, because at that time papa Sigit was very busy with work. So that papa Sigit did not have time to go home to ask his mother.

Especially like now who has to go suddenly and not yet permission if tomorrow can not enter work because he wants to find his daughter. Papa Sigit does not care anymore, later if he returns to the city, then he will receive all the consequences of the company he works for.

It was getting dark, papa Sigit and mama Rossy were still far away from his hometown. Many times mama Rossi contacted Raya's cell phone, but still not active. Likewise with phones owned by Lily and Manda who can not be contacted.

"How's it?" papa Sigit is still concentrated with his steering wheel that can be run.

"No one can be contacted!" obviously mama Rossi.

Papa Sigit and mama Rossi are getting anxious, especially now that the road they go through is very quiet. Because it was dark, papa Sigit sharpened his vision.

"Is it still long?" mama Rossi asked restlessly.

"It should be close, I remember the area here!" papa Sigit observed the familiar streets.

A few minutes later, papa Sigit had found the gate of his hometown. Papa Sigit was relieved. He immediately drove his car slowly down the village road.

Papa Sigit stopped his car in front of an ancient house that looked well maintained. It was the home of Sari's grandmother, her mother. The house was very quiet, but there was a grand car parked there.

"That's a big car pa." said mama Rossy straight out of the car. Papa Sigit followed mama Rossi to the house.

"Assalamualaikum.." said mama Rossi rather loudly.

"Scygite.. Rossi's? is that you guys?" ask one of the people.

" Yes.this is us! we're going to pick up our daughter!" answer Sigit.

" But your daughter disappeared this morning. Now his two friends are at Kyai Arifin's house" the person said.

"Please get us there!" pinta papa Sigit's.

"Let's go." The two men drove papa Sigit and mama Rossi to meet Kyai Arifin. Lily and Manda who saw the old man Kingdom came to be relieved. They hugged Mama Rossi.

"Aunty forgive us. We don't know where Raya is!" lily cried in Rossi's mom's arms.

"Sigit. You finally came too! they said your daughter disappeared while packing this morning" Kyai Arifin said.

"What really happened, Lily? Manda?" ask papa Sigit.

"So morning we were going back to town. As soon as I Raya into the car put her bag. As soon as we came out, the Kingdom was no longer there. We searched around the house but didn't see her until now." replied Manda in tears.

Meanwhile, outside the house of Kyai Arifin, residents panic because of the arrival of Sigit and Rossi. They also ignited emotions wanted Sigit and Rossi to leave the village immediately. They are worried that Sigit and Rossi will cause disaster in their village.

Residents were also noisy outside and were being secured by a guarding hansip.

Mama Rossi was terrified to hear the chatter of the citizens out there. Kyai Arifin also came out to calm the people.

"What are you guys doing? why is it storming in my house?" kyai Arifin tries to have a dialogue with the citizens. Sigit with Kyai Arifin. While Mama Rossi was still inside out of fear.

"We want Sigit to leave this village right now! we don't want anything to happen in this village because of his arrival!" shouted one citizen.

"What would happen if Sigit came to this village. This is also the village, Sigit was also born from this village. What right do you have to throw out in the middle of the night?" kyai Arifin gave an explanation to the residents so as not to get more violent.

"Grandfather, my wife and I apologize if we had anything wrong. But please, I came here to find our daughter who disappeared this morning. I ask for her cooperation to look for the whereabouts of our daughter. I promise once our daughter is found, we'll be right back in town!" papa Sigit also. Hoping that people would understand the situation and not act anarchist.

"Was..Don't look for it, just wait a week and come back. Just like Mr. Somad's son who went missing before, right?" said one citizen.

"Yes right! why is it so hard to find? I didn't meet at least!" the other residents answer.

"What happened kyai? why do they say that?"Sigit increasingly does not understand what the citizens say. Kyai Arifin started thinking.

"Father father of all.please cooperate, let's start looking for the whereabouts of his daughter Sigit together. Hopefully what you said didn't happen and Sigit's daughter can be found in good health" Kyai Arifin said.

"Huhu.uuu" the citizens cheered.
