Izzy and Reema sipped coffee each and then both fell silent. Before long, a pregnant woman with blue eyes, came to both of them.

"Charlotte's? Want to order choco?" ask Izzy who knows since Charlotte's content entered the second semester, the pregnant woman became a lover of Choco frappe. At least Charlotte should drink twice a week because Radhi does not want his wife's sugar levels too high.

"Eh? Ma'am Izzy .." said Charlotte didn't seem to know Reema. "Who is mbak... Oh Reema's. Hello, how are you?" The mummy approached Reema while extending her hand.

"Thank God be good, Charlotte. How many months has it been?" greet Reema friendly.

"Thank God it's been four months" Charlotte replied as she sat next to Izzy.

"Want me to order the choco?" bargain Izzy.

"Eh... No need to mbak." refuse Charlotte.

"Look easy. You'll bring a double." Izzy smiled towards his sister-in-law who was known to be pregnant with twins. Damian's wife was too

"Twin?" exclaims Reema enthusiast.

"Yes. Thank goodness twins. As a result of the USG, Radhi and I will have twins. Raine is also pregnant but she's one" Charlotte smiled as she stroked her belly.

Izzy came up with a choco frappe from Charlotte's order.

"Don't know her gender yet?" ask Reema.

"May you soon follow have a baby too, Izzy" Reema prayed sincerely. "Damian really likes kids."

"Aamiinu. Thank you for your prayers" Izzy replied.

"Who's your son Reema's name?" ask Charlotte.

"Eren."

"Name's good. Kamal must have spoiled her." Charlotte's smile.

"Well, but I'm asking you not to be too pampering... Oh, Kamal's good at changing diapers now." Reema chuckles as Kamal struggles to change Eren's diaper. "A prince is still a father when he's in the room with his son."

Izzy and Charlotte can see how Reema's face looks soft when talking about her husband and child. The Blair family's two sons-in-law are secretly grateful that former son-in-law Direndra Blair can already love his family from the kingdom of Oman.

Damian Room and Izzy Day Night

Damian looked at Izzy's face with curiosity. Izzy who felt her husband was being tepo to the maximum, just smiled sweetly. They were both in bed holding each other's readings. Damian with his Asterix comics and Izzy with his agribusiness magazine.

"Mas Dami why look at Izzy like that?" ask Izzy confused.

"Izzy... Have you seen Reema?"

"just fine. Reema is good, yes I am good. Mas Dami need not worry, Reema has not thought about Mas Dami" replied Izzy seriously.

"How are you sure?"

"Because, every time Reema talked about Emir Kamal or his son Eren, his eyes must have seemed gentle and affectionate to his little family. Mas, Reema has moved on, already in love with Emir Kamal. The evil-evil Reema, surely maternal instinct appeared when the content is getting bigger and Kamal loved Reema very much. That's what makes Reema melt and love Kamal."

"Kamal can change Reema, Izzy. And Reema herself can also change herself into not just one person...."

Izzy smile. "How are you getting smarter?"

"What have I not been wise all this time?" damian replied with a manyun.

Izzy laughed angrily at the sight of her husband sulking.

"Izzy... Are you sure you're not pregnant?" Suddenly Damian asked about a sensitive matter.

"Why?"

Izzy's stunned. "Yes yes... But I don't feel nauseous or dizzy..."

"Try us to the hospital tomorrow, get checked out."

Izzy squinted his forehead. The hell time I got pregnant? The signs alone there is no only prayer never absent.

The International Modern Hospital Dubai

Damian and Izzy wait for their obgyn doctor to come over feeling anxious. Damian refused to do a pregnancy test of the usual tools purchased and chose to go directly to the hospital. For Damian, if Izzy is pregnant, Alhamdulillah. But if Izzy isn't pregnant yet, they'll both be planning a pregnancy program.

"Assalamualaikum Emir Blair, Miss Blair. I'm doctor Petra who will examine you. Hows madam? Have you done a test pack ?" ask the woman's doctor.

"Wa'alaikum hail the doctor. I haven't done a test pack yet, because Dami wants us to go straight to the hospital" Izzy replied with a smile.

"Mr Emir seems to be more stable if examined directly huh?" kekeh Doctor Petra. "Let's see madam, let's check." The hijab doctor asked about the height and weight and tension of Izzy who had been checked before by her sister.

"Relax only Mrs Blair.." said Doctor Petra when Izzy fell asleep on the bed while moving the transducer over Izzy's stomach.

"I am tickled doc.." replied Izzy who had to endure the tickling feeling in his stomach.

"Izzy is easily amused in the belly of his dock.." said Damian who seriously stared at the monitor screen to find out what the results were.

Doctor Petra examined him carefully and the face of the hijab-wearing doctor smiled. "Congratulations to Emir Blair. Mrs Blair was pregnant for four weeks."

"Are twins? Considering we have twin genes." Damian asked.

"Well, this is just one point in sight... It doesn't seem sir. Just one point..."

Damian looked at Izzy with a happy feeling. "Alhamdulillah." said Damian and Izzy simultaneously while holding hands.

"Congratulations, Miss Blair. I'm happy to come along. It seems the Emir Blair brothers are harvesting this grandchild." Doctor Petra's smile. "Mrs McGregor Blair I'm handling and very enthusiastic about having twins."

"Said not yet known the gender, Doc?" Izzy asked while waking up with Damian's help after confirming his clothes.

"Yet. Mr. Radhi Blair is upset that he does not know the sex of his children. I offered to get a blood test but Mr. Radhi refused. He said he was waiting next month because he wanted to be patient. May his children not make his Daddy Julid yes..."

Damian and Izzy laughed. "It seems that Julid has become the gene of the Blair family."

Dubai's Al Azzam Blair Palace During Dinner

The news of Izzy's pregnancy made all the members of the Blair family at Al Azzam Blair's palace happy. Especially Direndra and Raana.

"Radhi's prayer was granted. The age of her children Radhi and Raine will not differ much" said Nura who was also happy because it will be crowded later the palace with three babies.

"No wonder that Izzy immediately fill because Izzy had a hitch out of marriage. After that it will fit into the fertile period. "murm Raana.

"It means the same age as Elfesya, Duncan and Aslan yes." said Alaric.
