Chapter 17 Anxious

As the song continues to spin, Athena instead fell silent a thousand languages looking at each word of the lyrics again. Arjuna glanced at the glance of Athena who was currently on the verge of anxiety, “What happened?” one hand Arjuna stretched out gently grasped Athena's hand.

Athena glanced at her hand that was held by Arjuna, she sighed then brushed aside Arjuna's hand slowly “I'm afraid, I'm afraid, the decision we take now will later turn into a disappointment that we will regret”

“Oh come on, don't worry everything will be fine. Excessive worry is actually not going to happen” said Arjuna gently trying to calm Athena.

While Athena just shook her head reluctantly to respond to Arjuna's words, she preferred to throw her face toward the car window to see the scenery around. While Arjuna did not bother Athena any more, perhaps the goddess-described creature needed self-soothing.

Upon entering the gate of the mansion of the Arjuna family residence, Athena's eyes catch the figure of a god who is opposite her, a god famous for his cruelty, lust for blood, and virility. The look in his eyes showed tremendous anger and wrath. Yes, he was the god Ares son of the gods Zeus and Hera, as well as a half-brother of Athena.

Athena who saw it only smiled faintly then turned her face away from the sharp gaze of the god Ares.

Before long Arjuna had parked their car garage and got out while running small to open the car door for Athena.

Getting that treatment, Athena just smiled sweetly at Arjuna “Thank you”

He closed his eyes slowly, focusing his hearing as if he had heard the footsteps of someone who wanted to approach him. “That's because I miss you baby, even I worry about you” said Ares in a soft voice even his outstretched hand about to stroke Athena's head slowly but quickly Athena brushed the hand off violently.

“Don't talk nonsense in front of me god Ares, you better go back to your origin. I still have business here”, Athena told Ares, sending a hostile look.

“I will come back if you come with me”, Ares replied firmly
