It has been 2 days since Vienna was unconscious. During that time Zain was always faithful to accompany his wife. Zain was watching every minute of his wife's development. Zain himself is medically confused his wife's condition is fine, only perhaps feeling weak due to losing a lot of blood yesterday. But why until this moment his wife had not woken up as well.

Every day Zain always tells about the development of his daughter as if his wife was aware. He did it to stimulate the nerves of the wife's brain. Vienna did hear all her husband said, but in order to respond back, her body was helpless. His eyes are hard to open.

This morning Zain was wiping his wife's body. Mom and Dad go to the hospital every day to bring food and change clothes for their daughter-in-law.

Papa and Mama Zain have also arrived in Indonesia, they brought a special Pediatrician for their grandchildren. Papa and Mama Zain took turns with Viennese Father and Mother to look after their grandchildren because Zain did not want to be replaced while looking after his wife.

Every night in his prostration, Zain prayed for the recovery of his wife and child. Zain realized that this might be a punishment from God because he had ignored his wife and daughter who were still in the womb for several months.

Suddenly the heart monitor showed a straight line. Tiiittt's. Zain was immediately startled and ran to his wife's gurney. He then picked up a pacemaker that was next to Vienna. Not yet had he attached to his wife, Zain was made shocked again.

"Dok, your daughter's vomiting blood" the nurse said. His chest immediately tightened, his body was limp, he was confused, if only he had the science of splitting. He's gonna do it. He'll check on his daughter and wife. After a long sigh, do your best for my daughter. I'll take care of my wife first.

"Bismillah, wake up baby" he said then put the device on the chest of the wife. The first attempt did not work.

"What's my daughter's condition?" ask Zain to the pediatrician who overcame his daughter.

"No need to panic, he just had a cow's milk allergy, he had irritation to his nose and throat. That's what caused her to vomit blood, hopefully her mother will wake up quickly, so she can breastfeed her baby" said the doctor.

After seeing his daughter, Zain returned to his wife's room. She was so tired. Tired of heart and mind. Zain slept on his wife's bed to remove the pain in his heart.

In the subconscious, Vienna that will enter the shining door must fall with the princess when she is pushed by a man. Vienna immediately screamed, "Nabila.."

Zain, who was asleep next to his wife, was shocked to hear the wife's voice, "Honey, you're sober. Thank God," cried Zain.

"Oppa where is nabila?" ask Vienna.

"Like a good name. At the moment our daughter is in the NICU, you know that she was born prematurely, later if you are better, we go there" Zain explained while kissing the head of the wife.

As soon as he knew his wife was better, Zain ordered the nurse to release all the tools in his body.

"I'm sorry, I was wrong, you know once your heartbeat stops, it feels like my heart stops, don't leave me again, I can't live without you" Zain said
