Chapter 30: Return to the City

"Huh? Have you been sleeping all this time? If you sleep all this time, what do you get in the forest of these nine monster mountains? Everyone here came to collect Monster Cores, and newborn treasures. If you're sleeping, then you're not getting anything?" The reply with a slight glance at Qin Chen doubtfully.

"Ha! Should I say it myself? What they said was true, I robbed them all and beat them all up because it sucks! If they had good looks like me, I wouldn't have hit them."

With his arrogance bragging before them, the irritated voice grew louder with eyes full of fury that were round.

"Look, what you say will backfire on its own. They're mad at you now, so what are you gonna do now?"

Qin Chen immediately stood up and pulled into his domain. Where Bai Chyou was in the corner of the rock with a heavy breath and a slight flushing on his face as Qin Chen gave his previous push.

"Wo–" suddenly his mouth was instantly closed by his friends, and saw the romantic scene that had been read in the Library Pavilion.

"This scene! This atmosphere, and this place! Master is truly the Master of True Infidelity! Master is really good at this."

Nodding and the people behind gulped down to see a world like his own in front of him without caring about the surroundings there were many people watching.

Qin Chen looked at him seriously and pointed at his heart. "They're not a threat to me, a threat to me is just this ... " He pointed to the place where Bai Chyou's heart was. "What a tightly locked heart can open and accept me."

Qin Chen yawned there looking at them with a small smile making the fury in their heads explode like a volcano.

If they could speak, they were cursing at Qin Chen right now. Even in his heart, they were cursing Qin Chen brutally without the slightest mercy in their hearts.

"Ha! Like there were many curses landing on me this time, even black clouds swirled over my head and enveloped me." Qin Chen muttered while sighing.

Suddenly before them appeared the previous portal under their feet and a bright light illuminated the forest and sent them all back to the city of willow trees.

Upon arrival in the city, they all shook with a loud voice looking at Qin Chen who was standing in the middle of the circle while daydreaming. Bai Chyou's party left after arriving there, because they had no business with the angry people there.

Qin Chen looked at his Statistical Panel again out of curiosity to have gained anything and ignored the people around him. He stepped up and pushed his previous bald head to the side as it blocked the path.

"Balding base, get out of my way, I'm in a hurry!"

"Gerrrr! Damn boy, give me back my legendary scabbard!" He tried to snatch from Qin Chen, and Qin Chen unfortunately kicked his buttocks to the ground.

"Totally, I have some business with the City Lord. If you want to avenge yourself, it's better that tomorrow bring a lot of people together in front of the City Exit, I'll be there to solve our problems!"

"Huh! Arrogant boy, just look at tomorrow! You won't win when we bring a lot of reinforcements from the family, at that time, I'll pinch your kidney with my hand!"

The thought of this made Qin Chen even more furious and wanted to take off one by one their Divine eggs.

After a few minutes, he was in front of the City Lord's residence where Qin Chen saw so clearly the City Lord was observing the people who returned to the city safely despite the numerous injuries he had sustained.

Unbeknownst to Qin Chen and Qin Chen's plan, the city lord thought all this was enough even though the return was not much. He thinks that they are attacked by monsters and can return because the portal has been active at critical times.

"Well, it's time to clean up the crime and become a superhero in town!" Said Qin Chen excitedly pulling on the clothes to ready to battle the wall before him.
