Ch#17 - Object Experiment

Ever since the alternative door opened, the dungeon's development had increased tremendously. Monsters usually do have a natural instinct to gather in a region that is dense with magical power. Since it was built on a dragon path, it made sense that monsters were interested in entering the dungeon. Aether, which flows on the dragon's path, is a higher energy concept of magical power, or more commonly known as Mana.

Actually with this much magical power, monsters would arrive by themselves as long as the door was opened. However, I only sped up the process with a small amount of action.

When I entered the dungeon Core Room, I saw Sella was busy in front of the Dungeon Core. Ever since I gave him the authority to access the cores, he is now able to use the functions that have been added in those cores.

“This room has changed a lot, yes?” I said as I watched every corner of the room, which felt different from my memory. This could happen because Sella has been rearranging this room, ever since she became my assistant.

Once aware of my presence, the woman immediately greeted me with her signature warm greeting. Although he can be professional, but I am more comfortable seeing his usual behavior when we are both. Therefore, Sella will talk casually while alone with me.

He then explained things without me asking, with great enthusiasm. I think Sella enjoyed this job too much. Good then...

From the performance given by her, I was once again grateful to have chosen Sella as my assistant. That way, I can trust him to guard the dungeon when I'm not around.

As he was busy explaining to me, I took out a book from the dimensional warehouse. The book looks like a book in general, but the information written is very useful for the continuity of the dungeon.

“This is the second series you should read.” I said, handing her the book. He accepted it without asking, and turned every page of the book quietly.

The book wasn't very interesting to her, but Sella was still willing to read it through. The book written by the Bizarre Craftsmen of old, The Title: 'Inflatable Labyrinth Traps'. As the name implies, the book provides special tricks to create traps, either through manual means or using magic.

Once I finished reading the entire contents, Sella would immediately apply the contents in the book without me asking. Now the dungeon defense variations will be more and more.

The group of adventurers that I let live after entering my dungeon, has become the object of recent research. Sella has done some small experiments to shake their faith, according to the intervention I gave, and the result cannot exceed my expectations.

At least I was hoping that one of the two women in the group, whether the elf or priest, would falter after putting pressure on her mentally. By knowing how resistant living things are to pressure, it will be for my future research of magic.

If detailed, the results I got on this experiment. The leader of the group, wearing the sword, was blinded by lust in the presence of the succubus. I think he's the type of guy in general. To their witch, I thought of a small possibility, by drying her mana and recovering it again with magic potions, I wanted to see another reaction that could possibly be shown other than madness.

I pushed aside my protracted thoughts, and chose to walk on my steps. Right now my focus is on enlarging the dungeon. It is still not time to take care of these petty people, I said in my heart.

It's time to check out every village I have to conquer. Arunn village also seems to have recovered, I will come to Dorran after stopping to other villages first.
