The Black Stream Sect was a sect that had an ugly reputation in the region of Naginjang Partungko Kingdom . Usually the sect was contrary to the government. Among the sects of the Black Stream and the white stream were the Neutral sect. They are sects that do not belong to the white or black alliance either because they do not have the same ideology or those who are not at all willing to get involved with the power struggle. These sects wanted to walk on their own without any attachment to any alliance.

There are 2 Neutral Sects, the largest of which are Harinuan Sect and Red Torch Sect. The Red Torch Sect was led by a young woman named Natta . His ability was equivalent to a Level 3 expert swordsman but at his young age of course that ability would still develop.
