2. Demonic Sect

"I can't die like this." Jin Hobin was frightened then held the head of the snake and squeezed the head of the snake firmly.

"I can't die here." Jin Hobin then bit the head of the snake. "Kraakk." The head of the snake was cut off. Jin Hobin then drank the blood of the snake he had just killed.

"My body is very hot." Jin Hobin yelled and wriggled on the ground.

A few minutes later Jin Hobin stopped writhing. "Did I die." Mumbled Jin Hobin.

"Ehhh, my vision is getting clearer." Jin Hobin said looking at the stone wall. "Kowork." Jin Hobin felt a tremor.

"The door is open." Jin Hobin said then walked towards the iron door. Jin Hobin opened the iron door and looked at a passageway. Jin Hobin then walked through the Aisle.

"There's another room." Jin Hobin said looking at the iron door.

While opening the iron door Jin Hobin smelled a foul smell. "Corpse." Said Jin Hobin closing his nose and looking at the corpse lying on the ground.

"From his body shape he must be the same age as me." Jin Hobin said looking at the corpse lying on the ground.

"I wonder if there's another room." Jin Hobin said then traced the passageway. After walking for 10 meters Jin Hobin saw two young men sitting on the floor.

"Who are you." Two young men stood up as they sensed the arrival of Jin Hobin.

"It looks like the two of them can't see in the dark." Mumbled Jin Hobin looking at the eyes of the two youths looking in the other direction.

"Who are you." Shouted the black-haired boy.

"My name is Jin Hobin, I'm stuck in a room 20 meters from here." Said Jin Hobin looking at the black-haired boy.

"You mean there's more rooms in a place like this." Shouted the brown-haired boy.

"Are you two in 1 room." Ask Jin Hobin.

"True, we're both in the same 1 room." Answer the black-haired boy.

"What's your name." Jin Hobin asked me to see a black-haired boy.

"My name is Gyu Wol. And that's Song Woo." Answer the black-haired boy.

"Let's go." Jin Hobin said past Gyu Wol and Song Woo.

"Where to go." Ask the black-haired boy.

"Why do you still ask. Of course leave this place." Answer Jin Hobin. Gyu Wol and Song Woo look at each other then follow Jin Hobin.

"Light." Gyu Wol and Song Woo were shocked when they saw a light. Jin Hobin covered his eyes and walked towards the light. As he exited the hallway, Jin Hobin saw over 100 children gathered.

"Everything's gathered." Jin Hobin looked at a man dressed in black who was standing on a stage made of stone.

"My name is Jang Hyo, my job is to recruit new members for the demonic sect." Said the black-clothed man looking at all the children.

"What!!" Jin Hobin and all the children were shocked upon hearing the Demonic sect. Jin Hobin knew the demonic sect was one of the 10 largest sects in murim. And the Demonic sect is notorious for killing innocent people.

"I don't want to join the demonic sect." Shouted a boy.

"Gosh." A black-clothed man appeared in front of the boy who was shouting and cutting off his head. "Crass." "Neck." The boy's head rolled to the ground.

"Ohh." A girl screamed to see the young man beside her had just been killed.

"Is there anything else that doesn't want to join the Demonic sect." Said Jang Hyo looking at Jin Hobin and all the young men. The expressions of all the children became bad upon hearing Jang Hyo said. They knew they would be killed if they refused to join the Demonic sect.

"You should all be happy for being elected as a candidate for the Demonic sect. Because in the future the demonic sect will rule the world." Jang Hyo grinned.

"He's crazy." Jin Hobin muttered to see Jang Hyo.

"Yuzz." Jin Hobin looked at the 10 black-clothed men who suddenly appeared in front of him. 10 men dressed in black then handed out a book to Jin Hobin and all the children.

"Now try to learn these breathing techniques." Said Jang Hyo looking at Jin Hobin and all the other children. Jin Hobin sat on the ground and began to read the book he had been given.

After reading the book, Jin Hobin closed his eyes and started meditating. "Interesting, it looks like I've got a talented kid." Said Jang Hyo looking at Jin Hobin who was meditating.

"So this is called Qi." Jin Hobin muttered feeling the energy flowing into his body.

"Yuzz." Jang Hyo appears in front of Jin Hobin. Jin Hobin was surprised to see Jang Hyo appearing in front of him.

Jang Hyo then holds Jin Hobin's hand. "Interesting, it looks like I found a diamond." Jang Hyo smiled as she felt the Qi flowing into Jin Hobin's body.

"What's your name." Jang Hyo asked to see Jin Hobin.

"My name is Jin Hobin." Answer Jin Hobin.

"Give Jin Hobin this gift." Said Jang Hyo.

"Good." Reply man in black.

Not long after, Jin Hobin saw the black-clothed man return with 1 whole chicken.

"That's your gift. Because it managed to gather Qi faster than the others." Jang Hyo gives 1 whole chicken to Jin Hobin.

"Thank you." Jin Hobin said he received 1 whole chicken.

"Take Jin Hobin to his new room." Jang Hyo said she saw a man dressed in black.

"Good." The man in black clothes nodded.

"Follow me." Said the black-clothed man looking at Jin Hobin.

"Well." Jin Hobin replied then followed the black-clothed man.

"9 the fastest person who can gather Qi, will get 1 whole chicken like Jin Hobin." Said Jang Hyo looking at all the children. Hearing Jang Hyo's words all the children began to meditate seriously. They were all tired of eating boiled eggs every day, and wanted to taste the chicken.

"This is your room." Said the man dressed in black opening an iron door.

"This room is a little better than the room I've been in for half a year." Jin Hobin said he saw a mattress made of clay and wax as a lighting device.

Jin Hobin entered the room and sat on a mattress made of clay. "After half a year, I can finally eat chicken again." Jin Hobin said he ate chicken.

"Nob." Jin Hobin shed tears as he felt the chicken meat. Jin Hobin then starts eating chicken with a broom.

1 Hour 30 later Jin Hobin had eaten 1 whole chicken. "It is time to gather Qi. When I'm strong later. I will destroy the Demonic sect." Jin Hobin said then sat on the ground and started meditating.

The next day Jin Hobin was meditating in his room. "Wake up!." "Everything's gathered." Jin Hobin heard a scream. Jin Hobin came out of his room and walked to the center of the cave.

"It looks like everything's here." Jang Hyo said she saw Jin Hobin and 100 other children.

"Today, you're gonna get out of this cave." Said Jang Hyo.

"Yeahaaa." "I'm finally leaving this cave." All the children shouted happily when they heard they were about to come out of the cave.

"Follow me." Jang Hyo said walking away. Jin Hobin and all the children then follow Jang Hyo.

"Light." Jin Hobin closed his eyes when he saw the light.

"I can finally breathe fresh air again." Jin Hobin said looking at the trees and the sunlight.
