The Second Envoy
The two envoys were very happy, not without reason. Both of them already knew who Ryu's background was.
In fact they considered Qing Yun's decision to be very appropriate, because her future husband was a great person.

The envoy was shocked, not expecting that Ryu could create a teleportation pattern despite his low level, but it was an incredible achievement.
