It was seen where Ryu, Dao Luo, Yan Ran and the seven Contract Beasts were traveling towards the heart of the Western Continent.
Ryu did deliberately not pass through the settlements, because he wanted to speed up his journey.
But who would have thought, after traveling for two days now Ryu heard the sound of a fight not far from their place.
" Mister." Tou Shuijing looked towards Ryu.
" We'll see." Ryu shot towards the source of the sound.
Dao Luo, Yan Ran and the seven Contract Beasts darted towards Ryu to watch the fight.
In the battle area were seen dozens of figures including a middle-aged Man who had reached the late stage Sky Warrior with a Young Cultivator who was fighting against a Moon Cat who was a Divine Beast.
From the fight it looked unbalanced where dozens of Young Cultivators were already heavily injured and some even died.

" Lord Swordsman take it. The value of the Pill that Master Swordsman gave us was much higher than that Moon Cat. It was you who killed him." Said the old man did not expect that the figure of the Youth in front of them was so generous despite having a terrible power.

The Soul Pagoda seemed to show something to Ryu, so Ryu followed the wishes of the Soul Pagoda according to his instincts.
After traveling for several hours, Ryu saw a hidden Goa that was given a transparent Protector.
Thanks to the Soul Pagoda, Ryu was able to barge into the Goa until a golden-colored shadow figure smiled kindly staring at Ryu.
" You have come at last also Great Lord." The shadow figure greeted Ryu kindly.
" Great Lord?" Ryu frowned hearing the name.
" Rightly the Great Lord. ? You have been chosen to be the Master of that Soul Pagoda." Said the shadow which was the figure of a Man who looked very handsome.
" That Soul Pagoda had been created by 17 Cultivators who had already reached the late stage Universe Swordsman before they died millions of years ago." Say that figure.
" 17 Cultivators? Senior, please explain it to me!" Ryu was a little curious about the Soul Pagoda.

Without waiting for long Ryu flew straight to a place where he could find the Desert of Fire which he thought that region was the residence of the Fire Element Lord.
In the Desert of Fire, it did have a very hot weather where none of the living creatures dared to approach the region
Under where Ryu was flying, red sand now appears to emit a thick smoke indicating that the place is very hot.
Thanks to the help of the Ice element, Ryu creates an Ice Protector that covers his entire body to get through the heat.
