Chapter 11's

On our way, we rode a horse-drawn carriage belonging to the Baul family, which could fit five people.

"Hooam, are we still far away?", asked Axton who just woke up.

"Haaa, I don't know if it'll be any minute" Baul replied boredly.

"Heee I want to hurry up and sleep on the bed of the inn later and take a hot bath" said Axton while lying in the train.

"Actually what is your purpose in this trip?, Do not forget that we have to complete this troublesome task, otherwise the vacation I wait for will be lost and only spend time in the academy during the holidays. Even so I don't really care if you get the punishment" Baul said as he shrugged his shoulders.

While I just finished the salad I brought in my seat, with a plain face.

"Why should my vacation be her bet anyway?, Miss Daisy is really like her nickname- (the grumpy/cruel tiger). And why did you just eat Kei?!", Axton pointed at me.

"Hmm?, of course because I'm hungry, after all I have a lot" I said as I chewed the food in my mouth.

"Why do you bring so much food than other important items, and also it's all just fruit salad and green vegetables?!. Doesn't your stomach hurt just eating it all the time?", asked Axton a little disgusted.

"Hmm do you want a little bit too?", while offering it to Axton with my mouth full of vegetables.

"Not that you asked for it, don't be shy, I understand that no one can resist the delicacy of my special salad" I said with a proud expression.

"I never ask for it, and don't equate other people's tastes with yours. Only you humans eat salad with 5 bottles of chili sauce in this world!", Axton said as he held my plate.

"Can't you just stay quiet for a little while and focus a little?, and that's far from me" said Baul.

It was late in the afternoon when we arrived at an inn in the village of Farmis. Before the three of us entered, Baul told the man who had us on his horse-drawn carriage to rest as well.

Because it was too expensive to rent three rooms at once then we decided to take one room with three beds in it. It just so happened that they had one room left like that.

After agreeing with the innkeeper, the three of us were finally given a three-person bedroom.

Maybe because he was tired of the trip Axton immediately chose a bed that was close to the window and threw himself in the mattress without changing his clothes.

"Finally we can rest too, I want to get some sleep".

"Aren't you just sleeping during the trip, and why did you get the best spot?!"

Axton and Baul fight over the bed that's close to the window. While I tidied up my things and arranged them in a closet near the entrance.

"Hey you two, stop it, you can disturb the next door if you fight like that. And I'll pick a bed that's close to the entrance".

"Haa troublesome, then I am in the middle" said Baul who relented.

Our room didn't look too big but it was enough for the three people inside, with one large closet standing next to the door. Since we had already packed the items into the closet, the time had come to eat the food the innkeeper had prepared.

As well as discussing what steps we will do next, well even though I do not expect much with this group.

As the three of us descended from the second floor, a scent that uploaded tastes could be smelled from our stairs down. Axton and Baul rush to the table, which has been decorated with some delicious-looking food.

As we took our seats, the three of us felt strange gazes from some of the people sitting at the surrounding table surrounding us, because in this inn has also been rented by other customers then of course it will be quite crowded.

And with awkwardness and alertness we continue to eat until our stomachs are full.

In the depths of the forest filled with dense foliage some men in traditional clothes were dragging a girl who was also wearing traditional clothes, but her clothes looked more like a bride to be married to her partner, but what makes it strange is that the girl was treated like not a person who would marry in general.

They dragged her on the ground without any pedestal so that her beautiful clothes were damaged and dirty by the ground, even causing scratches on the body of the fainting woman. One of the men dragging seemed to be the chieftain, because the look of his clothes were also different from the other four men.

The chieftain had a gray mustache on his face and was like a middle-aged lung, but in fact he did not, because he was also able to pull the girl tied with the rope.

After that they arrived at the door of the cave which looked very creepy with a dark atmosphere around it and decorated by the skulls of humans and animals in the front yard.

"Let's go in" said the chieftain rather worriedly.

They entered the cave with a shivering feeling all over their bodies.

Their footsteps were stopped by the silhouette of someone sitting on some kind of throne full of bones, which made them sweat in fear because of that.

"We have brought offerings that you asked for, please accept" said the chief.

However the silhouette did not reply and simply left the room quiet. Then the chieftain tried again to speak with a trembling body and not only him but the other four men were also trembling in fear.

"This master is a virgin girl in our tribe and she is also the most beautiful than any other woman in the tribe (while handing over the girl who was carried in both hands) I am sure she is will make you happy" said the chief.

Then suddenly something long and slimy took the girl from the hand of the chieftain and brought her to the silhouette on that bone throne.

And there was the sound of "krauk.krak.krauk." in the cave room, because of the lack of light so they could not see what happened but they knew that it was something bad.

"If you allow me, I will return to the village" said the chieftain, ignoring four terrified men.

And when they followed the chieftain from behind suddenly an unexpected voice would come from the silhouette stopping them.

"Wait.. y'all.mau..where..?".

"Eh?"

The four men were caught by a strange object that took the girl earlier, now they were completely immobile by that disgusting slimy object. But what makes it even stranger is the attitude of the chief who seemed to not care and just continue his own path.
