Chapter 2

     The betrayal of her lover and best friend left Eriko disappointed and hurt. He already considered both of them to be very meaningful people to him. However, her affection was met with cruel betrayal.

     Eriko was crying in her room. The usual bedroom is neat, now looks messy with scattered tissue garbage. Pigura-pigura photos that broke his glass because he slammed all the displays featuring the figure of Hideaki and Hanabi.

     Eriko did not expect that two meaningful people in her life would betray her. Though all this time he always gave and granted the wishes of his friend and lover.

     At first, he was in disbelief when one of the Mashimoto clan's men told him that Hanabi and Hideaki were having an affair behind him. However, today with her own eyes, she witnessed everything.

     At night when it was dark and quiet, Eriko was still silently staring. He felt that there was something strange about his bag. There was a light shining in there. And so, with a giant step Eriko walked towards her study table. He saw that the grandmother-given book he helped was emitting light in the dark. He turned on the desk lamp and read the novel.

"Mafia number one." Eriko read the title of the novel.

     The novel tells the story of a man who seeks the truth behind the death of his parents. Only by becoming a mobster and plunging into the black world can he find the real killer.

     The novel's story for Eriko is really interesting. He didn't even realize he was reading until sunrise. His novel was not finished yet, he read it all.

"Wine! It was morning and I was not asleep. Today there are also math and history exams. How'this?"

     Eriko goes to take a bath, but before that she puts her novel book in a bag. He intends to continue the rest later in school.

    When he was about to cross there was a car that drove fast and hit Eriko's body. His body bounced and rolled several meters on the paved road. Making Eriko's head bleed a lot and the body was filled with blisters and the bones in her body felt crumpled.

     In a state that almost lost consciousness, he saw the car that hit him was blurred. However, he could still see the license plate number of his car. It was Hanabi's father's car.

"Fuck you, Hanabi! I will never forgive you" Eriko said with pain.

     Eriko turned her face away and she saw the school bag scattering out. The novel book he had stored in his bag was now lying in front of him.

'I have not finished reading it yet. Will Victor live happily or die?' inner Eriko.

     It feels dark for Eriko. And his listeners sounded silent too. 'Am I going to die right now? I don't accept it, if I have to die now while the people who hurt me are still living roaming around freely.'

     There was a white light before Eriko's eyes. He's walking that way. Glare. That was what he felt as he approached that white light. Then, the light enveloped his body. Eriko saw her body also glow. 'Is this nature after death?'

     Eriko felt her body being sucked by an enormous force. "What's this?"

"Whoever help me!" shouted Eriko. He felt sorry for walking towards the light earlier.
