The Grim Reapers

The Grim Reapers
Chapters 10

The break bell had rung over ten minutes ago, but the teacher who was supposed to be teaching was still lingering in the classroom. Time corruption.

Desta yawned bored, as did some of the other students in the class. Some children have raised their hands, trying to tell their beloved teacher if they have now entered a break. But he remained indifferent and continued his session. Sometimes Desta was astonished by himself. I don't know what the meaning of the teachers who like to tell the life of their youth first. For motivation? Or just compare their achievements when young with their students?

The story continued for the next ten minutes. Very boring and annoying of course. Some of the students began to blatantly complain even in a soft voice. Luckily, a phone call from the teacher's phone managed to drive him out of the classroom by himself. The disciples cheered happily, they could finally go to kantin—filling each other's hungry stomachs.

Alea next to Desta immediately stood up from his chair. Though he was still asleep, but once the teacher came out, he immediately woke up. Miraculous.

“Kantin yok” invite Alea spirit. Desta shook his head slowly, his hand pointing towards the supply box that he had deliberately brought from home.

“mau nitip gak?” Desta shook his head slowly as he opened his box of supplies.

“Yaudah”

Alea passed out of the classroom, while Desta immediately ate his food solemnly. The mood of the class can be said to be quite quiet. There are only a few students who bring supplies like him, on average, they are lazy students if they have to go back and forth up and down stairs just to fill the stomach.

Desta would occasionally circulate his gaze looking around. Everything looked ordinary until his eyes caught a piece of writing on the corner window. It was not very clear as Desta had a slight problem with his eyesight. Due to curiosity, Desta finally closed the box and then walked towards the window.

The window was facing directly towards the field, so he could see some tenth graders who seemed to be warming up with a teacher.

Desta walked closer and closer to the window, so that the writing could be read by him. The writing turned out to consist of only one word but it was more than enough to make him shudder in horror.

Die

It was a word written on the window. The color is deep red, as written using menstrual blood. The splashes from the writing ink also widened everywhere, adding to the creepy impression caused. Lamat Desta looked at the writing until he was not aware that his hand was being pulled back by someone.

Prorgasm

The window glass broke. A ball rolled near the broken window. Desta stared blankly at the ball, still not one hundred percent understand the situation.

“Yes, almost aja”

Deata turned his head to the side, Alea was seen sighing in relief. Desta looked confusedly at his countryman, still not understanding the situation.

“Lo almost got hit by a stray ball *****!!”

Desta was still silent, only to realize that he had almost been hit by the ball. He also realized that his classmates had gathered around him, staring with worried, shocked, and some were horrified. The window glass was completely shattered, the fragments were scattered on the floor.

Desta turned to stare at the glass shards on the floor. His forehead was puzzled. Why is there no red on the glass? Though earlier Desta clearly saw the red text in the window. Why is there no trace of it?

“Sit down first yuk? I know you're still shocked” Alea's voice managed to distract him.

Desta, according to him, let Alea lead him to sit back in his chair, while his friends who had surrounded him had already dispersed. Some people quickly clean up the mess. Surely that was after being asked by Alea.

Desta again felt pain in his knee area when he started walking. Desta spontaneously stopped his steps. He looked down and he was right. The wound on his knee was open again. Alea who followed the direction of his friend's gaze exclaimed.

“E-eh I narik lo tautness huh? There's blood again, let's just let's go”

Desta chuckled softly. “Gue gapapa's. No need to alay”

Alea snorted disliked. He's just worried, why is he being told alay?

“No need for stone. Come to Uks aja, let's not infection it”

“Now!! Why skip abis this jamkos”

Desta just nodded his head. Alea doesn't care. True, Desta just remembered if the teacher had told him that he could not teach because there was service outside the city for a month and only gave an assignment with a month deadline.

Alea again led Desta to walk out of the classroom. This time slower than the previous—because before, Alea looked more like she was gnawing on a goat instead of a human.

But neither had the two reached the exit yet, a student in sportswear entered their classroom with sweat pouring down his forehead.

“Who to look for?” this is Rista, the class leader who asked. The student looks a little clumsy.

“Anu it sis, told to take the ball. same want the window glass restitution”.

“OHH SO YOU THROW THE BALL?!! APOLOGIZE YOU SAME TEMEN I, ALMOST GOT HIM NJIRR”

Alea suddenly came forward while pulling the siwa shirt. It's talented to be a thug.

Everyone in the class was shocked by Alea's treatment which was arguably too excessive.

“Lea. Make a shame anyway lo” Desta finally advanced to mediate them, assisted by Rista who secured the student earlier.

The student displayed a guilty look on his face and was probably a little scared of the very bar-bar Alea. “S-who's close to getting hit?”

“Nih the Desta” Alea pushed down on Desta's shoulder, making the owner snort.

“M-sorry brother, accidentally.” the student lowered his head.

“His true apologies. The sincere, can?” Alea in her jutek tone stared intently at her underclassman.

“Lea..” Alea grunts. Still upset with that student. Wonderful, though who almost got angry who.

“How come, besides not ampe hit too. But if the glass business, you mending asked Ratmi ma'am. The Bk”

The student nodded slowly. “That's..big brother got hurt because of my ball huh? I anterin to Uks huh kak?”

Alea was about to make a sound, intending to reject Adek's offer of his level but it turned out that Desta had already subtly refused the offer.

“No need, gapapa. You just go back there, still a lesson, Mr. Yanto, right? Later diomelin again”

The student nodded, apologized once more and smiled and said goodbye. Alea glared at Desta. He could have let her go easily. Hell, even though Alea had rolled up her sleeves—be prepared to beat the class that she considered rude.

“Ta... why let go sigh?? I'm kue—“

“Udah diem. Ms. Ratna has come” point Desta towards the classroom door while walking towards her stool.

Alea turned towards the direction Desta pointed at. There, a middle-aged woman with a flaming red lipstick was standing with a bag and an iron ruler. Alea hurriedly sat on his lap while displaying her five-fingered smile.

“Alright kids!! Take out each package book, working on page 70-75 tasks. Now!!”

And the cry of Ms. Ratna was answered with the grunts of all the disciples in the class. Wellh.at least the tragedy of the stray ball was forgotten.
